Picathartes responding to your financial query last night at 22.50
Out of interest what was Novacyt's sales before the massive rise last year? As pre covid they were trading less than Avacta if i'm correct.
Avacta from y/e 2019 issued on 6th may
Revenues of £5.5 million for 17-month period to 31 December 2019 (12-month period to 31 July 2018: £2.8 million)
· Operating loss of £18.0 million for 17-month period to 31 December 2019 (12-month period to 31 July 2018: £10.4 million)
Novacyt y/e 2019 issued on the 14th may
· Group consolidated revenue decreased by 5% (6% at CER) to €13.1m (£11.5m) in 2019 compared with €13.7m (£12.1m) in 2018
Therefore if we look at purely revenues in 12 months Novacyt's are more than double what Avacta earned in 17 months, fair point?
As for your other points there is no doubt the markets feel your company can do well, as I have done before I wish all investors well(excluding shorters just think it's wrong)
However you were responding to a factual statement by NFR, therefore I feel it appropriate to correct your post, regards Wilson.
