Kilkenny teds thoughts on twitter are similar to mine for those that now can't read twitter I've copied.
"The Chairman James Wakefield must have received nil points for him to remain. Better get that rns machine out of the cupboard. Your shareholders are starving. "
Hoping things are taking shape.
I realise we may have to be pragmatic in settling but in my opinion they can do one, they(govt) have assisted in decimating our share price, they have to pay big, look at some of the other settlements, we've even written off millions of pounds of stock.
Hi Gltrader my tuppence to start with iirc they've withheld some of the initial contract money as well(it's been that long and painful I can't be bothered to trawl back through to confirm and someone will correct me if I'm wrong).
They continued to use the product.
Novacyt as stated in contract provided a quicker product, PROmate

Wasn't the companies fault the govt. decided early version wasn't quick enough after they decided lft's were the way forward.
There are six primerdesign products on the cdta list including top one on this list, seems unusual in circumstances.

Scroll down they are sporadically listed.
So the question is why chase us when they don't chase people that say a bin bag is an apron (almost tongue in cheek).
In conclusion I'm as confident as can be but before the ygen offer exceptionally unimpressed with our board. Hope something on here helps
They felt it was too complex, took too much time and according to the company based some of their (govt.) findings on incomplete data.
Davand I don't suppose it's beyond the realms of possibilities that was Novacyt, I'd presume you were aware of biosynex's interest(held over 3 per cent? in Novacyt, otherwise you would think they'd be breaking LJ's door down.
Gizmo everybody wants something for nothing e.g fire sale perhaps ygen board and main shareholders like the fact we are actually making a reasonable offer in the current climate.
There was a lady on tv today saying her mortgage is going up by 599 pounds yes 599 per month and hat puts things into perspective.
Good afternoon Davand, is it possible with regards to the scheme of arrangement wording that ygene are in a worse pickle than shareholders actually thought. It's a polite question as I don't like seeing any shareholders taking a big loss.
I'd presume with Novacyt offering a significant premium on current valuation that may deter other bids? Thoughts?
Tks neilrich3 and at a quick glance they are a decent size with over 200 employees (source)

Well John roughly
MY intention although we surely can't get down that far spent some more a few weeks ago on a holiday to Cyprus(typically on 10th August) but as I've already bought some more I'm also wondering if I can now use them, suppose I should look on HL as the company outside a couple of sales people are continuing with the ethos of..........
NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS.
Well what a surprise not!!! Kicked the can down the road eight weeks to attempt to cobble something together must have looked bad.
Nice summary Sir Digby
My take not many voted but a lot of us who did have voted in a way that's got the bod's attention.
