does anyone think that this continue to climb on no news in the morning? is it a case of no news is good news in these instances?

I nicked this from another board, "Reference is made to the announcement of 18 September 2009. Management of Nipson has meanwhile had meetings with Roseman, Polar and Creacorp. All parties concerned want to avoid insolvency if at all possible and have agreed to arrangements which allow Nipson to continue its operations in the short term. and its all down to me! I must be mad buying these but I love a good punt, and lets face it when was the last time anyone went bust it seems that most companies get bailed out one way or another if they have a little potential.

This one looks like a big risk to me, but hey ACU VOG were all in the same boat so what the hey! could you give me the potential upside on this one and when the anouncement may take place for funding to be made available? many thanks.

I see this as good news, they have just severed the dead limb which will save them loads per year. 94 pubs is a nice mamageble number now, so i think i will have some of these.
