does it realy matter what mary/linda say if someone is looking at this Board then they are alredy interested in this share just because linda/mary are ramping a little does that realy effect paeopl's descisions to buy or sell. i think not.

HI Naton if they go DARK before delisting of the shares,the company will announce a price to be paid to the minority share holders.So, there is no question of the minority share holders not getting adequate compensation. U will get more than the prevailing market price of the share,as in most of the cases the price offered to minority share holders r more than the prevailing market price.
