Franky, I was under the impression that lending would restart when the soa is completely out of the way which would suggest after the creditors vote. At least that was the impression he gave during the annual results call I sat in on. Where did yiu hear that it would happen in April?

I imagine the FCA will determine a buffer that they deem acceptable following their investigation and it would be reviewed off the back of periodic audits of amigo 2.0 in a follow up audit format. But after listening to Gary during the results it sounded like he wanted to get the SOA completely out of the way including the creditors vote. I woudn't mind it spread out to be fair. A nice flow of news like:

Creditors agree SOA
Relending starts
The new product that apparently will "blow the market away" is announced
company beats analysts expectations despite tighter lending criteria due to the current market with covid boosting the need for the lending.

I dialled into the results but for the life of me cannot remember what Gary said around relending. Did he say relending would occur after the SOA is agreed or after the independent specialist had finished his review and the first court hearing has finished?

Chris where did I wet the bed? I said I'm in long term .. these shares will either be sold at 50p or inherited by son son with sweet FA .. I'm optimistic long term, just disappointed as I expected relending March 1st

Slightly disappointed relendiing wont be restarting imminently and expecting this share price to pull right back until thr SOA either makes it or breaks it, but realistically, that's why we're all here so it's not a massive surprise. on a high note, they sound very confident around the soa in the results

I sent an email (awaiting reply) and had a conversation with an agent over facebook. The facebook agent said they have no news currently and to keep checking back on their website

Agree but why would they want to generate more SEO leads to turn away? it suggests they are getting ready to relend IMO ... that or some tumble weed rolled over the SEO teams desk as they have FA to do.
