Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Excellent RNS, very positive figures considering the recession. Onwards and upwards from here I would think, hopefully the MM's will be looking upon us favourably today.
Q/ last year the company made a loss!! A/ The financial Director has explained without the addition of staff and R&D for the global expansion the company would have been at Break even..Good in itself but global expansion is what will send the sp onto a far higher level!! So i find that a satisfactory answer.. All in all a very well run company about to expand in many ways and very good potential obviously all in my own opinion but happy to answer any questions GLA AGM on the 26th Jan !!
Thought some questions and answers might help anyone new to the share, wont add any links but they are all in previous posts. Q/ Its an Aim share what are the dangers? A/ Have run a credit rating and it came back Low/Normal Risk very good for an Aim share. Currently £1.6mill cash and dept of £20k. Cash burn is very low now only 200k last year. Always a risk as any share but seems quite low Q/ Share seems to move up/down very quick A/ Only 14M available 83% are held by institutions and directors. wIth so few the stock moves quick. All the institutions have held for a long while and look to be happy to support the company. Q/ Its just adverts on atms not very interesting A/ The atms are also screens and one of the largest amount of outdoor screens that can be used to display targeted digital campaigns in the uk,reciepts are also issued to support the ads as vouchers. The atms have an 80% ad recall various studies to prove the fact. The campaigns can also be targeted as in gender and location,ie pizza hut use the machines near the stores, and Tesco for instore products Q/ What else do IDG do? A/ As well as software for the atms to display the ads they also sell the advertising space to 3rd party,s This is a growing trend with an 80% growth rate last year. IDG have just appointed two new key members of staff who are both well respected in Media sales and look to be trying to increase this side of the company. Q/ What companies have used the atms? A/ Atm customers http://www.i-designplc.com/Customers/ Advertising customers many blue chip companies details on the sites small selection here http://www.atm-ad.com/pizza-hut-happy-hour.html Q/ Why buy now? A/ IDG have been very patient in expanding waiting to be well established and trusted in the UK with the global recession easing companies will increase advertising budgets.Digital outdoor advertising is the quickest growing market .As UK and world leaders in this niche market now is the time for expansion. The current sp is now very low at its high it was 70p but the company is now in a far better position now than it was then Q/ What expansion plans have they? A/ They have appointed LD Systems in America as resellers, Trials have been underway in Australia where the whole concept is untried but a prime target,an office has been set up in Sydney trials seem to be going well ,as of yet Australia has not been mentioned but a simple search of google " atm advertising australia" turns up many pages, alot of research in previous posts. Canada and France have also been named as places they wish to expand as well.
Definitely a good price on this one just now. Looks like your average is a little higher than mine, I'm around 30p. No worries though, I'm sure you'll be well rewarded in the not too distant future. A helluva lot of good news in the pipeline here, IMO. Good luck.
25p to buy. Have to say I'm really tempted. I'm getting even more convinced I should cut a couple of my more boring shares and put some more in here.
Great work oldtramp on the Q & A post below. Love it.
Have you bought some more IDG shares today? Must say I've been tempted at this price (my average is a bit higher) but will need to free up some other stuff to release funds.
A little tick up in here today. All good.
Bought another 2k at 23.5p to add to my holding in here. Happy to be in here and confident that all will come good.
Wow! I've just been catching up on the IDG board since last week and you certainly seem to have unearthed some potential gold here. Reading back on your posts and recent research makes me all the more confident that IDG really are on the road to bigger things. A definte star for 2010 IMO. Many thanks for your efforts on behalf of all those holding here. You must have spent hours trawling for all that detail.
Hi fella, doing not too badly thanks. Certainly happy to be in here as I reckon it'll be a good one going forward into 2010. Last couple of weeks have been a bit trying, not just AIM. Hope you're doing well. alfista. Agree with your comments on IDG's sales potential, the system is definitely proven and doing well. The Company certainly seem to be proactive on the sales side and I'm sure their efforts will be fruitful. All IMO, DYOR, etc.
Interesting reading oldtramp and alfista posts re: Australia Quote: 'i-design is currently in talks with some of Australia's largest banks and so far, the feedback and interest have been positive, said Newton." Strange there has been no news on this so far from UK? Bodes well for the future I should think when UK finally do announce Australian contracts, revenue streams etc. Looking good for 2010 IMO. GL all.
Some games afoot here methinks. I managed to get myself another 1500 shares this morning (at 28p), the only buy showing today against no sells and the ask price ticks down? There still seems to be a scarcity of shares here as I couldn't get a quote for any more than 1500. All good though.
Great information, many thanks for your posts. Much appreciated. Definitely looks like this will be a nice little earner for the banks too (interesting comments from Nationwide) which, given the current climate, I'd imagine we could see good growth in the ATM advertising market. All good. Thanks again OT and GL.
Certainly a fair bit of good news around on this Company lately and I'm looking forward to a good 2010 here. One thing I've been pondering over and can't seem to dig up any info on. I'd imagine that the banks themselves will be taking a slice out of advertising on their ATM's but guessing that IDG will pick up the lion's share. Wondered if any of the folks on here had any info on advertising rates? How much does it cost to place an ad on an ATM, etc. Many thanks in advance.
To get a hold of any decent quantity of these share but I've just been lucky enough to bag myself a little more at 24p. Will be keeping my holdings here for the medium to long term. Good luck all.
I will definitely continue to hold in here and probably top up a little on weakness. My feeling is this one is well poised for a decent recovery in the medium to longer term. Losses seem to be under control now, strong cash position and anticipated good news to come. All good IMO.
Order completed, no problem. That's me in now, GL to all.
I've just placed an order for a further 2k shares, will see if they manage to execute the order before close.
Cheers mate, you've gotta be quick around here though ;o) Hell I might even try and get some more now, just to wind you up :o)
