Another classic example of when the smart money are leaving, the average joes money are getting in.

The only reason I can see them releasing this news now instead of the before is because they are running out of cash and cannot afford to keep those employees. Which means funding could be coming soon

Most likely because they are expecting the price will be lower in the coming weeks. With so much uncertainty going on right now (protests, 2nd wave corona, US-China tension), the auto sector is probably one of the most risky ones to bet on right now.

Baz28, after doing more research I wait until the Q2 result is out, and I'm 90% sure the price will be much lower by then. The market will panic once they see the results.
