Stew200. It probably IS a gold stock. The issue is there is a large seller. My concern relates to the lack of visibility on who, why and how much they are selling, and it flouts regulation. The point that there is a large seller in itself is not necessarily bad news - I remember a large seller cleared in aaz a year or two back just before it rallied 300%+. From memory, they had held since inception. Just because the seller is big doesn't mean it is makes sense.

Shocks. So there was me thinking that an mm was working the volume on a large sell order over time, but trying to protect the clients price. Hence volume 1 v 4 at current bid/offer. But it turns out it's just a perfectly straightforward case of a group of shadowy holders operating in cahoots as a concert party (let's call them spectre) to try and nab our shares in this minnow on the cheap. I bet the Russian and American governments are involved somewhere too. Not the pesky concert parties again?! lol

Allpnr- come on fella, it's not a test. At the current bid-ask the mm's will offer 1m to buy but only 250k to sell i.e. At the current price they know there is ample supply and relatively little demand. Of course, if they lowered the price this may rebalance - but every seller wants to keep the price as high as possible especially when they expect to offer further stock. It isn't just the L2 that suggests there is a large seller in the wings, but the point that every half decent piece of news is met by zero marking up by the mm's. It isn't right that investors are left so in the dark about the who, why and size of the order.

??? At the current spread you can buy around 4x more than you can sell. There is evidently a big seller.

I increasingly believe this share should not be listed. There is evidently a large seller - but investors are given no indication of who it is, how much they want to sell, or why they are selling. Just an endless drip drip drip on the share price. Of course, this flies in the face of regulatory convention - but most know what value to put on our regulator.

Thanks adamark - so the stock won't go up, but even if it does go up it will come down because management own a lot (always a negative) and because people will be less underwater than before (not sure I follow the logic). They may have good news in Q1 and the stock might go up but come down again because they need cash (even though losses have been falling). Presumably the aim of the cash already raised is to increase the possibility of good news arriving, agree? You don't mention any valuation metrics at all, but concede the value is slightly above zero. Some might consider the very low sales multiple already implies a valuation only slightly above zero. One may also consider that a reason why this may be on the corporate radar while others are not is because the low multiple offers significant market share to be taken at a low price. Do any of these other companies trade at circa 0.5x sales or sub 1x ev:sales? The spread is not prohibitive in practice - don't always trust the presented bid/ask- think I bought mine at circa 135 with the mid around that level and could have sold at over 200 last week. That's a worthwhile return. Have you traded the share to calculate the real spread? Bottom line - it's on a very low valuation, it has a reasonable cash runway, it has potential to release good news, and sentiment is weak so it won't take much to move the needle considerably. OTM - you need to learn there is a big difference between a promising company and a promising investment. I can recommend some investment books for beginners if it helps. Cheers, ww

What do you believe the shares are worth, or (assuming say, a three year lock up) would you not accept the shares if handed to you for free? Perhaps you could also pass OTM a tissue because I see the poor thing has dribbled his coffee.

Yes, the company moved circa 70% closer to making a profit over the period. I can't imagine why that's of interest to investors. This is an investment website. Do you have anything to offer on valuation? Does IMTK have option value, or would you not accept the shares for free? This is the third time I've asked. You don't have to be Columbo to work out why you have offered no answer.

Adamark- do they not also mention that half the loss made was currency related, hence the underlying loss was even smaller? Probably worth mentioning, yet you choose not to.

Polite advice, OTM - try listening. First, you are the biggest cheerleader of this business. Your repeated suggestion is the business was good and current management busted it. Wake up call. This business was bust well before these boys got their hands on it. Second, your prior contention that the CEO who thinks £500k is chump change remains here for narcissistic intentions, luxuriating in the power and expenses on offer at this £2m minnow, is ridiculous. Three, this is an investment website. For a company with a £2m valuation - the top line and gross margin here is sizeable. Or can you name many comparable software companies trading at lower mc/ev:sales multiples? To repeat - this is an investment website. People are looking for undervalued securities - not diatribe. Do you agree there is option value here, or would you not take these shares if handed to you for free?

The company did not have a bright future when this lot came in. It was p1ssing cash up the wall in 2010 and required an emergency rights issue. These appear simple facts. But there is a reasonable top line here, the market cap is low, it has some debt but is reasonably funded post issue. It has option value above zero. Care to hazard a guess what that might be or would you turn down the shares if handed to you for free?

So if he takes money out he is greedy, and if he puts money in he is a narcissist. I see. Much simpler just to accept the business is ****e - as multiple management teams have demonstrated.
