RE: Interest5 Jun 2024 17:42
I also noted from the RNS feed that institutional investors bought shares at 105p with some to be admitted on the 10th June. I'd be surprised if the price doesn't rise to at least meet this price soon as they won't want to list assets at a loss. From RNS:
" The New Ordinary Shares will be issued at a price of 105 pence per share (the "Fundraise Price"), which represents a premium of approximately 3.4 per cent to the previous day closing share price of 101.50 pence per share on 9 May 2024, being the last practicable date prior to the publication of this announcement. 714,286 of the shares are to be issued in monthly instalments until August 2024.
Application will be made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, with 1,285,714 of the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted initially (the "First Admission"). It is expected that First Admission will occur on or around 15 May 2024, with the remaining 714,286 shares being admitted in three instalments on 10 June, 15 July and 12 August 2024. Further updates will be provided following the admission of the 714,286 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM."
