Last time they timed with Glencore RNS and it did 400% for 2 hours spike from 0.1p to 0.4p that was it ...end of the day was back to 0.15 and 0.1 next day ...:) spike lasted 2 hours with the 0 4 on the ask and crazy spread as they where dumping like crazy ....

There is no CEO of company that will come out and say we are doing great but would need bit of cash in 2 months or whatever .Now we don't know the numbers .Can only guess and on other hand normal companies sort out all finance etc 12 months in advance ....so you don't wait last minute when you on your knees with the begging bowl ...Some revenue or contracts may ne ready to go but hold on the patent we don't know ...

As you have 0 control when the patent will be issued you have to be prepared for worst case scenario.
