I think news will be much sooner than December. Professional, what timelines have slipped at this stage, in your option please?

I think people are forgetting that, until as recently as 3 months ago, Foralumab “the jewel in the crown of Tiziana” wasn’t even mentioned as a treatment for Covid 19. Brazil is a huge added bonus and almost a Free Hit. Further Foralumab trials were originally not scheduled until Q1/2 next year so we are well ahead, and by Xmas, it could be a company maker, 6 months ahead of schedule.

Also, based on current price action, either Foralumab (Brazil trials) or StemPrintER is currently not being priced in as there is not enough uplift to account for where we are with both. At some point that has to change, and those controlling the share price know it.

That was quick. Didn’t expect the loonies to start turning up for another couple of weeks!

Firstly, I would think the terms achieved in the outcome of 1 & 2 would drive 3. Favourable terms in the 1 & 2 would strengthen the bargaining position on 3 and would help retain more equity.

I’d like to see us keep as much as possible (obviously) but only if we have (or can readily source) the capabilities to do so without costing ourselves time or money in getting to the end game. It’s been a long road and I like to see a decent uplift in share price at the earliest opportunity. At this stage if It’s a difference between 80p and £1 (just examples) I’d take the 80p in 2-3 years rather than £1 in 4-5 years.
I must admit, having said all that, I do not have enough knowledge of the industry to understand how “straight forward” this project actually is for a small cap. Are we more than capable of pulling this off alone, or not?

I do agree tho, this looks like a one off opportunity so I can see the appeal of being greedy and throwing everything at it.

Lbc, what does the Bot have to do with Short %ages? It is selling (or buying) real shares on an Algorithm, into the market. And yes it does switch off. However, let’s park this here because we will not agree.

Your point about “clever investors” is completely and utterly flawed tho. It makes no sense what so ever. You said they could buy on 28th at £2 then sell on the 1st November at £2.10 in order to qualify for AccuStem shares at £1 (just for arguments sake)
Let me ask you this. If the share price of Tiziana is £2 (MCap £380m which includes StemPrintER) on 28th October and on the 1st November StemPrintER (Which has a touted valuation of £280m) no longer forms part of Tiziana, what do you think is going to happen to the Tiziana Share price when this opens for trading on 2nd November?
I’ll give you clue, it WON’T go up to £2.10p.

I have absolutely no idea what your taking about to be honest. The bottom line is there is a Bot working the Nasdaq on TLSA and on low volume days it is working it with ease. On higher volume days, the price usually rises because the Bot can’t cope so easily. Now you can shout all you like about this being common place on Nasdaq (that may be the case) but it doesn’t alter the fact that illiquidity in TLSA makes it easy to do.

And again, as far your touted strategy about buying in a couple of days before cut off date “at any price” and selling “the day after at any price” (you actually quoted/touted a higher price to sell the day after lol) just to get StemPrinter shares goes, I’ve never read such ill informed nonsense.

This is from my post last night. MM’s have, once again, followed exactly same pattern this morning. I’m telling you guys, they will stop at nothing to rid you of your shares before Record Date.

They move the price up or down at the opening bell (possibly as a result of demand, possibly not) then they widen the spread to put buyers off, and just hold it there for hours on end sometimes, until the Nasdaq opens and takes control with the Bot. By doing this, the bot can control the price allowing someone in the U.K. to buy large(ish) chunks without affecting the price.”

It’s not just Remdesivir that’s fallen. It’s pretty much all of them. Foralumab, if successful in Brazil, will be absolutely off the scale, in terms of potential upside!!

“The potential coronavirus treatment option is one of four repurposed drugs being examined under the UN agency's large Solidarity trial that launched in March.

Randomised trials at hospitals around the world have involved remdesivir, lopinavir, hydroxychloroquine and interferon-beta 1a - looking to assess their impact on inpatient mortality.

The hydroxychloroquine and lopinavir arms of the trials were discontinued on June 20 and July 4 respectively.

In a statement provided to the PA news agency on Thursday evening, the WHO press office said results from these first four treatment options of the Solidarity trial were "unpromising".

"The trial found that remdesivir, hydroxychloqoquine, lopinavir/ritonavir and Interferon have little or no effect on mortality for hospitalised patients," WHO said.

I’d be surprised if there’s anybody out there with THAT strategy if I’m honest. Playing it that way you could conceivably buy at £4, sell at £2 (after record date) and get shares in AccuStem worth £1, making you a net loss of £1 on each share. I’m not sure you’re thinking clearly lol.
Apart from the fact it doesn’t make any sense, it completely ignores the main event, which is Foralumab.

What you say about high volume days is correct, however I believe the reason the price is free to move on those days is because the Bot is not able to cope with the volume, so doesn’t even try. Whoever is running it knows they can take the share price back to where they want it when volume drops off again. You even made the point yourself in an earlier post today when you said “ Nasdaq moves this share price where it wants on volumes under 300k by 30/50c either way, we have seen it many times recently”

Your point about waiting till a day or 2 before cut off, getting your 1 for 1 shares “then selling at any price” seems a little odd, if you don’t mind me saying., however, each to their own I suppose, and good luck with your approach.
