I think ultimately, they just don’t get it, to be brutally honest. They have clearly never really understood the concept (aside from a few on StockWits) because some of the comments and questions still being asked just beggars belief.
What I’m not sure about is whether the Shorting or Algorithm Bot has put them off because it’s killed any sense of excitement or price rise over there, OR if the lack of knowledge and excitement has meant its been easy to Short and control with the Bot (chicken or egg).

I still think tomorrow will see some fireworks, and actually, based on the lack of understanding over in the US, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday might also see some serious gains as they buy in right up to close of play on 30th October, completely unaware they are buying on T+2 lol.

Mid price on Nasdaq is £1.73 at the moment. Doesn’t look like there’s much appetite to follow them down thankfully.

Annoyingly jmfw, it’s not having to work particularly hard either.

SmokieUK, in the nicest possible way, I think are missing the point.

Tiziana (The Company) are not “giving away” AccuStem. AccuStem is owned by the Tiziana Shareholders i.e. You (assuming you hold shares in Tiziana) and I, and everyone on this BB, as well as the BoD and institutional investors. All the BoD are doing, on behalf of those shareholders (who voted for this to happen) is moving StemPrinter into another company, which, with the issue of 1 for 1 shares (on a like for like basis) and will still be owned by all the same same shareholders who currently own Tiziana. The intention of doing so is either to growing AccuStem into a viable business OR to sell it, both of which will create value/wealth for existing shareholders.

Indeed SK. I have absolutely no doubt there will be an RNS on 30th, then further news the following week which, imo, will mean any drop is short lived. If I try and get clever and trade, I’ll lose lol, so I’m not even going to try.

I’ve given up caring about the Share Price, Shorters, Cut Off Dates, Manipution, When I can sell, and all the rest of it. I’ve got shares in my ISA which I’m keeping and will give me my AccuStem Shares, and I’ll close my Spread Bets at some point over the next few trading days.
Shorters and Traders can do what they like between now and June 2021 because value will out in the next 6-12 months and both these companies will multi bag from where we are now, either through pipeline development or by way of a buy out.

I’m not sure why the Yanks are so concerned about not being able to trade on the Nasdaq. I have an ii Account and I can trade TLSA. You just sign/tick a box for “exchange agreement” to do with exchange rates, then get on with it. It takes 2 minutes.
