The best thing I can recommend is going back 5 or 6 pages on the chat and read some posts by PosiitiveVibes, ShareholderChar and PreciousMaj (there aren’t many posts, so look out for the slightly longer ones).
Also have a look at the RNS’s in the last 3 months.
Excitement at the moment is around a huge gas play in Morocco, so focus on that.

Apologies for OT everyone.

I wrote another lengthy email to Dr Kunwar after close of play today, outlining again what is going on regarding the Shorting and Algorithm Bot on the Nasdaq, and the long and short term damage this will do both to the share price and the development of Tiziana in general if this continues unchecked.
I received the following reply back.

“ I understand your concerns and frustration. Hoping that SEC notices it and take actions against the stock price manipulations.
You might want to write to them directly”

In response to his final sentence I responded that I had already submitted a SEC Complaint 2 months ago, which unsurprisingly, hadn’t done any good thus far.

The TILS BoD are clearly aware of what is going on. I’m hoping they are being proactive in trying to rectify the situation.

I suggest people continue to email Dr Kunwar and the Info@ email address on the Tiziana website and keep pointing this out.

I personally have written to him and the info@ email address twice, attaching screen shots and links highlighting what is going on with the use of the Algorithm Bot. It’s blatant. Unfortunately I have not received a reply to any of my emails, but others have, and apparently my info/comments have been taken on board and the Company is aware.
JMFW posted earlier about JP Morgan/Morgan Stanley potentially being behind this. It could well be them and if a significant holder is Short Selling their own shares and at the same time controlling the share price with an Algorithm Bot, that is illegal and should be pointed out to the Company. I know some guys on here have had replies from Dr Kunwar before, and this info would be better coming from someone who “has Dr Kunwar’s ear”.
The only way we will get this stopped is by bombarding TILS with emails until they look into this seriously. This Bot, can literally take the share price where it wants, at any given time on any given day, based on current volumes.

dgbell, it only doesn’t appeal to them (if that is indeed the reason for their apparent lack of interest) because they can’t be bothered (like most p.i’s) to figure out how to do it.
It is very easy to trade UK listed stocks from the US, as it very easy to trade Nasdaq only listed stocks from the U.K. If they can’t be Rs’d looking into it, that’s their look out. When/if we list on Nasdaq, I might let them buy some of mine for £6 or £7 a pop.

MM’s playing games again this morning.

Open price at 6p, then drop Bid and up the Offer to create a 17% spread!! Totally at it.
They’ll start to walk down the Offer now! lol.

Cloudy, they don’t have to, but they most certainly will imo. Timings have been planned perfectly, and it’s no coincidence that AccuStem Demerger has coincided with start of Brazil Trials.
I suspect there may be additional curve balls over the next week or 2 also.

GET A GRIP FFS!!

What’s the point in providing a CHAT forum when it only works 50% of the time? Here’s an idea, instead of trying to react TO THE SAME PROBLEM THAT OCCURS EVERY MORNING, when most people are trying to use your service, WHY NOT FIX THE EFFING PROBLEM OVERNIGHT WHEN NOBODY IS USING IT!!

All yesterday’s buys coming through now!! Private investors really have be royally bent over in the last few weeks, and it’s nothing to do with Tiziana imo.

There are obviously complications associated with this type of Demerger, exacerbated by the dual listing, and imo the BoD have done EVERYTHING by the book and have done their utmost to support private investors and attempt to support the share price. They can do nothing about the MM’s, Nasdaq, Algo Bots or the Market in general, which is brutal and unforgiving, even to experienced investors.
Having said that, If individuals miss out on AccuStem shares, it’s nobody’s fault but their own. We’ve had weeks of suppression to keep the share price between £1.20 and £1.80 giving everyone ample opportunity to take a position. Some have tried to be smart and second guess the RNS’s which have been crystal clear. HOLD SHARES IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT 7am ON 30th OCTOBER AND YOU WILL GET AccuStem Shares. Simple as that! No If’s No Buts, that is all you had to do.

We are almost there, then the proper news flow can begin to be released. I suggest nobody else fks this up for themselves by selling too early.

As already mentioned, wider markets have clearly had a significant (negative) impact on the share price movement today. On any normal day I’d have expected at least 50-100% increase on that news. Slightly frustrating, but actually might work in our favour over the next few trading days.

20%ers have got their profit and will be gone, and we have cleared the decks ready for a gradual move up. If this had gone up 100% today a sell off might have lasted a few days. I’m hoping for another 20%+ tomorrow (assuming better wider markets) and a steady rise to 10p by end of next week (unless we get more news of course).
Fantastic news today and a modest increase. Delighted with that.
