Thanks Looed
Thanks for the update and confirmation Earsbern (and also to R8)
It sounds to me like more evidence of FRR an Hope agreeing to hold fire on the legal action in the US whilst there is a chance of a deal in Georgia which will satisfy everyone. I’m sure Looed will confirm one way or the other later tonight.
Let’s keep playing this game until Coggy slips up and accidentally reveals the name of his friend of a friend :)
“Coggy
Don't believe anything SN tells you. :-)”
To which email address did they reply from Jim Slade?
Brilliant work Jim Slade! Well done. I haven’t managed to receive a similar email but am relieved that you have!
Thanks Looed
Sometimes I feel positive on this share and at other times more downbeat. You make a good point re GOGC’s announcements always being post deal. It’s just a shame that FRR can’t just give us even a very minor nod that things are still on track. I emailed them again today asking about BLOE but I’m expecting them to ignore it just like my last 30 emails :(
How do you rate our chances here Looed? To me, the news blackout for us compared to the support for Bloe is more than a little concerning.
Great find red kite. We just need FRR to restate our finds now.
How long has this been going on?

GOGC as I understand it are not shareholders in FRR. But we both do have a stake in block 12.
Interesting comment from Looed….
“Some folks support a change of government. I expect ZM does as well given his close links with those players. You might want to think through the consequences for us all should that actually happen. The US continues to support the status quo and US-Georgia links continue to be talked up in various news pieces over the past few days. I expect there will be more of this as we approach July 4th.”
Thanks
How much longer can this be dragged out for? Surely this will have to come to a conclusion fairly soon….
By the way, I’ve been sending them to info@frontera-resources.com, which is slightly different to yours.
I’ve not had a reply to at least half a dozen recent emails. They all got sent ok, just had no response. I never had a reply however when everyone else got emails over a year ago. I must be on their black list for some reason.
Cheers Looed. That does make some sense. Any recent communication from the company?
Arsenal is right to say that the real mystery tonight is the involvement of JSC Wissol Petroleum Georgia. Have we sold to them? Are they the agents used by the GOGC to collect Green Capital infrastructure on behalf of GOGC and FRC? Or have the Georgians reneged on the promise to allow FRC to hold onto to those assets on which we have developed (ie the 2%)?
The Gambler/Pophead’s findings tonight look to me like they are the winding up of all of the remaining Green Capital infrastructure, in line with what we already thought was happening in the Georgian courts. From memory, FIG was the company that Hope and FTI held briefly, and whilst in charge they tried to sell the asset to Green Capital. The US courts said that FTI never actually owned the asset to sell and that it was only an admin error that meant that the register wrongly said that FRC didn’t own the asset. So to me (admittedly sat in the Home Counties and rather a long way from the action) this looks like a positive step in our journey to formally regaining the asset. Any other thoughts welcome!
Zeps.
The asset in question is the block 12 licence and so far, we do not know whether it’s back in our possession or not. We await news from either Frontera or the Georgian Government (and maybe from a super major or two!)
Phil
I don’t think we have had notification of any registry change. Looed stated that the Government officials had said that they would abide by the findings of the US courts: the US courts said that the Georgian registry had mistakenly not yet re-registered the asset back to Frontera, hence the expectation that the asset will soon officially be ours again. And yet, for the moment, we wait.
