Agree with all you say HappyInvestor. A deal with RKH/Navitas gives Arg shareholders exposure to the whole Falklands area and a marketable share in RKH when development is expected to happen within two years.
I'm puzzled as to why this most obvious option has not been pursued by Arg management.

I find it staggering that Arg has not done a deal with Rockhopper/Navitas.

These alleged new holders - I don't see them listed on RKH website which was updated 1 October 2022. Where are they listed?

From IC today :"Israel-based Delek has yet to provide details of a timetable or the scale of the public offering, but group chief executive, Idan Wallace, said that Ithaca would trade “as an independent company with its own capital allocation policy and the potential to generate substantial value for all its shareholders”. etc.

Has this any bearing on Navitas? Will it provide some deployable cash to Delek?

Maybe the less strong statement in the recent half-year indicates that RKH have accepted that they cannot now get it reduced.
Anyway, SpaceHoppa is looking into it so we should get the latest in due course if he gets a reply from RKH.

Buffit - I found emailing Smartinvestor tricky. If you have a Messages indicator showing at the top of screen try going in with that - you will need to go through the secure messaging rigmarole and use a card plus Barclays PIN sentry. It's all a bit of a faff.
Before the above procedure dawned on me , I went to the complaints secure messaging scheme and sent my question there but making it clear it was not a complaint.
As previously said, they are content to leave the warrants in the ISA. Like other people, I thought they would need to be removed for legal reasons, but apparently not.

Buffit I have with warrants held in ISA at Smartinvestor. They tell me not to worry and that the warrants will be retained in the ISA - not moved to an Investment account as I had supposed they would be. So that is good news. The correct number of warrants is of course shown in the ISA account.

FIH has no RKH holding

Shell divi in Barclays smart investor this morning (Friday)

Barrieprov - I've just looked at A/c - it's 8am Thursday. Still no sign of a divi for Shell, shares which I've had for many years.
Strangely, the BHP divi (also paid last Monday) was in the A/c by that afternoon. I've made complaints before but there's little sign of improvement. It's a pity because in other respects Barclays are good, getting some good execution prices.

Barrieprov - I'm also with Barclays smart investor. So far no sign of the Shell divi at1 pm on Wednesday - odd how different treatment to some customers.
