It was Ocelot who was mistaken. The figures he/she supplied had not included the fall in percentage of the other major holders.

It’s all available from the company website and if you scroll down the page you’ll see I corrected the mistake at the time.

The Angus website lists all shareholding’s greater than 3%. It was updated on the 8th of November.

Forum Energy Services Limited 9.07% not 13.46% as your long out of date RNS lists.

As far as we can tell he hasn’t sold any in the time between the two dates. The drop is down to the massive dilution.

Well firstly mr Singhie, where have you got that figure from? The website says Forum Energy Services Ltd hold 9.07% accurate on 8th November!

Secondly, if he does start offloading he would start the landslide down to the 0.4p mark that the £6 million bridge loan mentions. They could then convert at 0.3p! That would likely cost him a lot more than sitting on his hands!!??

I guess he will be more concerned with the £5.2 million he is still owed?

I’m sorry to keep labouring this point but this is point 9 on the CPR regarding remaining uncertainty.

9. AEWB’s compression is currently designed to operate at 10 MMSCFD wellhead flowrate

at a minimum flowing wellhead pressure constraint of 17.5 barg. When the flowing

wellhead pressure declines to 17.5 barg, the flowrate will automatically reduce until

booster compression is installed.

What I think you just said is as they haven’t done anything yet, once they fall to 17.5 barg wellhead pressure they are cattled until the throw more money at it?

see the April production RNS. It was 30 barge then and had fallen 3 barge in a month. It had fallen to 22/23 barge on July the 31st and at that drop off rate we are going to be at 17.5 barg now.

Thanks for your rundown. Only the barge was 23 barge on July the 31st. The downward trend even back then looked to be heading for 17.5 barg around Xmas. I would suggest that with the addition of SF7 production we have got there 2 months early.

My question is what are we likely to see happening if they have. Will it be as we are seeing a few days at 9MMSCf followed by a few days at 7MMSCF and both figures consistently dropping, or is there another scenario?

With regards to SF4 water issues. We have another source of information on this. I don’t agree that the water percentage isn’t that high. The CPR makes it clear that they shut SF4 in during May, June and July. The NSTA figures have shown an increase month on month up until then. The latest August figures (they publish 3 months late) show it has doubled since production started and is now at circa 40% of the condensate figure.

I had also speculated that the 160 barrels a day figure Angus were quoting was a bit misleading as it used the Caveat of (liquids) in the distribution. The latest CPR and the NSTA figures would suggest I was correct. The CPR gives a figure of £500k for water disposal. That would suggest that the water percentage is actually a major problem.

The compressor that deals with the problem is due for installation in Q4 next year.

mmmm taking credit for pointing out the water issue on sl4????……. you do realise your new profile (not your deleted push2) one is visible for all to see don’t you? actually i have been pointing out the water issues also. you again seem to come to the same conclusion after myself. when the water produced becomes uneconomic versus the gas/condy as disposal costs are astronomical (see the cpr £500k) it will make sense go shut it in and carry out those essential works if the figures justify it!

So I had another look at the CPR to back my thoughts up on the continuing drop of rates being down to the wellhead pressure.

Some interesting reading on this.

Page 49, 50, and 51 give you graphics of the drop of rates from the three wells dropping rapidly and steadily from 80 barg down to 22/23 barg on the 31st July.

Now note 9 on page 12 gives the details on this.

“ when the wellhead pressure declines to 17.5 barg the flow rate will automatically reduce until booster compression is installed. Looking at the chart I think we have got to 17.5 barg a couple of months early and suspect they are turning SF4 off to achieve a pressure build up. SF4 is also likely to be in serious trouble with water production and is the obvious choice. ALL IN MY OPINION of course…. bublealan17

Why would the board need to make an announcement. The reasons are all laid out on the CPR. The pressure drop of looks to have fallen to a point that they need to tun SF4 off for it to build pressure back up. otherwise it’s yet another problem with the compressor package.

It would seem obvious that the 17.4 million was part of the kemexon portion of the £6 million bridge rollover?
