@crackin, as mentioned fair dues, i either missed that post originally, and/or it went over my head at the time, and/or it i ignored as there is a lot of "rub it in your noses" type/trader type/doom mongering type rhetoric. Although in fairness that particular post wasn't that bad. And yes hand's up guity of not being as neutral as I can be which is a another (main?) reason. Obviously no obligation to, but perhaps a more explanitory approach to your messages would help people like myself, otherwise as i say it comes across as doom mongering (to us less informed).

What type of gap was created on the Covid RNS day then? A breakaway?
Does this explain the 50k/100k sells then, i.e. to fill the gap. Once the gap has been filled the selling pressure should stop? I.e. back to a neutral state, so to speak?

Yeah fair point Inan, the traders/doom mongers can keep pushing their rheotric, but if there was a spike due to an RNS they'd just say they were holding plenty of shares "just in case", they can make themselves look like geniuses either way...IMO.

No, nothing to do with our beloved bumcrack, but something I'm trying to get my head as I've nver propely understood it. Very newbie question so apologies in advance, but what exactly does filling the gap mean? Because looking at the charts, the day the Covid vaccine RNS was announced the price jumped from 5.10 on the previous close and opened at 6.10 on RNS day. I assume this is the gap? And does it need to be "filled"? If so why? This guy on Twitter seems to often post about Scancell and mentions a partial fill.

This x 100. An umitigated disaster, horrendous decisions (e.g. care homes), dithering, indecision, the right decisions when they were too late (e.g. flight quarantimes). Bojo the Clown and Puppet Master Cumming will make it a whitewash when the envitable equiry happens though and was their hands of any responsibility - "we were following the sciensce"... were you fu**... Whitty is consistenly now contradicting Bojo and Cummings.

IMO A harder faster lockdown would have limited infections/transmissions and thus helped the NHS too at the same time...IMO.
Now we are stuck between a rock and a hard place RE getting things going again and a "proper" second wave...not just localised ones.

IMO i still think this is herd immunity through the back door, and specifically for the younger 18-40 range, because they've opened pubs/resteraunts too soon (IMO), they allowed the protests to go ahead etc.
But Boris "urged" them not attend protests and urged them to social distance when out in pubs...but not one listens to your "requests"! Cummings and Boris knew no-one would though. If they really wanted to curb things they could have banned the protests altogther/imposed curfews/bought the army in/delayed the pubs etc. They seemed to forget they are in charge and can actually enforce things.

I think we might see a significant spike in infections in two weeks IMO.

(p.s. this and the blantant corruption/snouts in the trough mentality is why i dont trust the governments handling of the vaccine either). Rant over.

Trying to learn about charts and signals atm, from my (very) limited understanding the Ichimoku for SCLP is interesting to say the least atm.
