George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Thought the Gas take off agreement was meant to be signed by end of May according to GL? Can someone clarify this for me please? Cheers Welsh.
It is Whit Monday in France on Monday (1st June 2020) Will the Euronext be closed for the day? I can't find anything to say that it will be, but can someone confirm pls? Thanks in advance, cheers Welsh.
Rich. I don't disagree with much that your saying about how the company has been run and SS with his pay and bonus etc. Like you I want to see the share price rise, but the YA shares are holding us back and the quicker they are gone the better. Having the share price higher would also mean less dilution when a YA conversion was made. I'm not here to pick a fight with anyone Rich and would prefer to have reasonable debate to gauge the future of the company etc. All the best to you Rich and have a good weekend too. Cheers Welsh
Rich. You say you are a LTH, but surely you understand that the big end of day sells are a positive at this point. The quicker they are churned, the quicker the share price will hopefully rise. Cheers Welsh.
What is the difference between the 'Further loan balance reduction' & Loan balance reduction' RNS's please? Is it simply that the 'Further loan balance reduction' RNS is us (UKOG) instigating paying down money against the loan and issuing the shares to YA? and the 'Loan balance reduction' RNS is YA notifying us (UKOG) that they are requesting more shares against the loan for however much they want to convert? Sorry if I have interpreted this incorrectly. If I am correct, why would UKOG look to pay back money at such a low share price? Why not wait til the share price was higher meaning less dilution... Again if I am barking up the wrong tree apologies. Can someone clarify in layman terms if I am wrong please. Cheers Welsh.
Brilliant to see the board a bit more positive, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. With bigger volumes of shares traded, the bigger the end of day sells will be. (This is a positive in my opinion) Get rid of the sellers quicker. But these sells will bring the price back down unfortunately, hopefully for not too much longer. Good luck all. Welsh.
Rich. You know this is going to be the case daily until the shares are cleared. I take it you are invested? If so, you're either a 'believer' that it'll come good or a 'Non believer'. If it's the latter then sell up. I am as disgruntled as anyone as I am sitting on a huge paper loss! If we can keep above 0.002p whilst the shares are being churned, then so be it. Hopefully we can get a lot more bopd out of HH with all the YA & co. shares gone, then we may get to see the true value of UKOG shares. Obviously this all depends on the financing model moving forward. All the best, Welsh.
Any news from site today? Crane still on site? Cheers Welsh
Backwoodsman, you obviously missed my ;-) after my comment! I know they are sells, but think the share price has held up fairly well this week with all the sells. Welsh
Hi Ocelot. Another late 10M buy! Brilliant news ;-) Have a good long weekend too pal. Cheers Welsh
Any late trades reported today please? LSE obviously finished early for the long weekend and switched the trades reporting machine off on the way out ;-) Have a good weekend all. Cheers Welsh
Hi Ironhide. But why do we need to consolidate? Other companies have lots more shares in issue and survive. In my earlier post I mention UJO as an example. Cheers Welsh.
Backwoodsman - isn't a CPR based more on what we have in the ground rather than what we are currently pumping? Lets keep it real please! Cheers Welsh
If we end up with 15 Billion shares in issue, are producing 300bopd, own 80+% of HH, issue a decent CPR and manage to get debt funding to expand HH and get other assets going, will we survive? UJO (Good luck to them and share holders by the way) have I believe 15ish Billion shares in issue, own parts of licences in different assets, approx £5M in the bank, are not yet producing oil, but their share price went up 14% today on sentiment. (Apologies if these figures aren't correct, I'm doing it from memory). So can UKOG survive... Good luck all. Welsh
Evening all. What are we all thinking with regards to the state of HH2-z please? Is it a given that it is a big disappointment and will be deemed non commercial as SS has gone quiet? Or are they taking the time to do extended pressure/flow tests whilst the price and demand for Oil is low and gather as much data as possible for the CPR? We should already know all this of course via an RNS update from SS! But true to form, no tweets, no updates. Please keep the replies 'real'. I'm looking for good honest debate. Cheers Welsh.
I'm of the same opinion the as you Skwizz with regards to heart/head debate. I need the share price to get back to 2p to breakeven. I have averaged down as much as I can, which has unfortunately led me to be massively over invested! I have joked previously about SS using his bonus money to buy shares on the open market (just look what it did for Novacyt - NCYT today). Wish SS or one of the other directors would put some money in. Would make a big difference to the perception here and maybe bring back a bit of confidence. All the best, Welsh.
Apologies it should have read 11.18% not 11.8%. Sorry, Welsh.
Anyone alse notice that both share prices in France & UK finished exactly 11.8% down. Coincidence or matched for some reason? Probably just a coincidence, but just thought I'd throw it out there. Never noticed it finishing up or down at exactly the same %. Tough couple of days watching this slide. Fingers crossed for a better week next week. Have a good weekend all. All the best Welsh.
Imagine if SS took the big bonus to only go and plough it back into the company and buy some shares ;-) Now that would really set the cat amongst the pigeons! Lets hope this II from Canada is the real deal. As much as I want it to be, like most, just a little bit sceptical at this moment in time. We need a series of good news releases now to back this TR1 up. As much as I would be annoyed that someone got tipped the wink, as long as it is good news for the future of UKOG and the share price appreciates for all, then I'll take that. Good luck everyone. All the best, Welsh.
Hi ggg. I'm invested here and also read your posts on twitter. I want the share price to go North as much as anybody, but I thought Bruker and Chartwell were brought on board to sort out our new sales channels etc. ? For me we need to be hitting the market now and hard. It will take many months to get a sales team up and running imo. Would this job advert not suggest that we are not currently selling much into the US? I'm not looking for an argument, i'm looking for reasoned discussion to help me decide what I do with my investment in NCYT. Cheers Welsh
