The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Probably stopping PI's buying to keep the price low to get the next placing away and to make the discount not look as bad! Still hoping there is enough future left in the company and recoverable Oil/Gas in the assets to get me to my 2p breakeven. All the best Welsh.
If FOTH is correct and the Pump and Flare were off today, why would that be? Could it be that we have switched over to the Kim recently on HH1 during the last intervention and they are giving it a breather to assess well integrity etc. Or is there more to it? Like I posted the other day, there are so many theories to what is happening on site, it will be good to eventually know the truth (good or bad, hopefully good) and move on from this period of silence from SS. Good luck everyone. Welsh
That's funny Wolves! Would love to see 2.5p, not sure about yur goolies mind ?? Cheers Welsh
I didn't think Fawley Refinery used the Oil from HH. I thought I read somewhere that is just gets shipped straight to an Oil storage hub in Rotterdam Holland... If that is incorrect, I apologise in advance. Cheers Welsh
Hi Rojanjt. Is it the Refinery that is shut down or the terminal? Cheers Welsh
Morefondle - What have I posted that isn't a true reflection of where we currently are? Like I said yday, I hope this is the real deal and I can get my money back, but it's not out of the question that it might be another pump and dump scenario. I've looked at your posting history and you just seem to attack anybody with a different view to yourself! If SS was a bit more forthcoming with news, then this conversation wouldn't happening. Good luck to you with whatever your agenda is! Cheers Welsh
Trouble is, even if we do get planning for Dunsfold & IOW, where is the cash coming from to pay for it all? We've got another 4 wells to drill at HH first. Again, where's the money going to come from? Loan based lending looks like it's on the back burner again as we can't prove up the flow rates and produce a CPR, so that leaves PI's at the mercy of SS again! And we all know what he likes to do, issue more shares! So as much as the planning approvals being passed would be good news on the one hand, it is potentially bad news for PI's who will have to pay for it not SS or UKOG! A good day today, but rampers, please keep it real. Cheers Welsh.
Hi Ogee. It could be a pump and dump. Have a look back at the RNS dated (29th March 2018) ref Update - Broadford Bridge-1. The share price was flying on anticipated flow rates etc. Then the RNS came and down she went! People may start to call me a deramper, but all i'm doing to is advise PI's that not all may be what it seems! Fingers crossed that Horse Hill is the real deal this time, but just be cautious not to get trapped like many of us invested here. Good luck to you, Welsh.
If people read my post over the weekend they will know that I am a LTH with an average of 2p. All this share buying looks good, but again the amount of Oil leaving site doesn't add up! If I see 3-4 tankers a day leaving full of Oil, then I may start to believe again. Hope this is the real deal for all concerned. All the best, Welsh.
I want to believe that SS has good news to give us, but one tanker a day suggests otherwise. I want to believe that HH2-z is still on EWT, but even with intermittent flow tests, you would again expect more tankers. I want to believe that HH1 Portland flow is Ok and it was the pump that was the problem, but is the planned re-perforating of it really just to increase flow or just to get flow going again? If HH1 has been switched to Kimmeridge flow in readiness for comingling with the portland, then again I would expect more tankers. Then the other thing I can't work out is, that if SS has feked it all up and has just screwed us all, why did Cancord buy 5% and who would have bought all the placing shares if the future was bleak? I don't know what or who to believe anymore! I just hope that one day the share price can reach 2p, I can get my money back and move on. I'm sure there are many who are in the same boat as me. Hope everyone is Ok. All the best Welsh.
Hi Anders. Yes, waste of time, money and effort. The sooner NCYT get their mobile testing to market the better. The only way forward for me to keep the world moving is to quickly and accurately test everybody and regularly. I think/hope NCYT will play a big part in this, but cost will end up being a big factor if this test is going to be used in mass quantities. Cheers Welsh.
Thx Chrishar. Apologies if that has been posted before. Cheers Welsh.
Hi Chrishar. No need to be condescending! I am an investor in NCYT, but was just stating a fact and let people know what is happening where I live! This is what these boards are for is to share 'factual' information.
Sharehunter - I understand that Wales is a small part of the world, but again, I was only providing info.
Anders - It was a check to see if my friend had had the virus (which is a pointless test if you ask me for many reasons)
Have a good day all, Welsh.
My only concern is that here in Wales a lot of the tests being carried out are Antibody tests, not Antigen testing! A friend (teaching assistant) went for a test yesterday and blood was taken from the vein in the arm and they were told to expect the results back in 7days! This concerns me on two levels. 1. Tests in Wales are not NCYT kits. 2. Why are we still continuing to use Antibody testing which has been proven not to be accurate and results take an age to be returned. Stay safe everyone, Welsh.
Hi Matt. How do we go about voting at AGM please? Cheers Welsh
Phil. Show me extracts from the RNS you mention that explains where we are as a company currently please smart arse?
I want to believe that SS is going to pull something out of the bag, but when he goes quiet, it's normally bad news! I think the only thing we can be sort of certain on is HH1 is churning out between 200 to 300bopd from the Portland. There is a high probability that something has gone wrong with HH2-z. The amount of tankers leaving suggest that we are hardly getting any decent flow from it. Could we still be in EWT to help with the CPR? Not sure about that, but a possibility. If we are not in EWT and the well is knackered, then that is share price influencing news and should be declared to the market surely? I keep thinking the company is dead and my money (too much of it) has gone forever. But as I posted recently, there are a load of shares being traded daily, so the company must still hold some interest/intrigue. Is the Cancord holding just a ruse to help prop the share price up whilst their mates sell up? But the placing! Who bought the placing shares and why? Surely they would have asked SS all the questions us genuine share holders are asking before taking up the placing shares and investing. My Head says take what I can now, something is better than nothing, the company is done for, management is shocking, Game Over. But the heart says the fundamentals of why I invested are still there and we could still be a mid cap oiler with a bit of luck, better management and a strong tail wind. SS wont be able to say anything at the AGM that hasn't been RNS'd beforehand. Maybe this jigsaw will all fall into place shortly or maybe fall to pieces, who knows... Keep the faith, Good Luck everyone, Welsh (Sorry for rambling on a bit!)
For a share that is on its arse, there still seems to be a lot of interest in this share! Huge volumes traded again today the looks of it. Can anyone who has got L2 give an accurate figure please? I'm only interested in the total volume traded, not the buys v sells because that can never be trusted as accurate. Have a good weekend all. Cheers Welsh.
Hi All. Glad to see the back of the YA shares as I'm sure many of you are too! But why no mention of the Kimmeridge or co-mingled flow from HH1 when they are proposing to do work on the Portland section only? Also why no mention of HH2-z? If there is a problem with it, then surely SS has a duty to inform the market if the news is bad or good for that matter. What are peoples thoughts please? Good luck everyone. Cheers Welsh
Hi Bladeheater. That is not strictly true is it? 3 out of the last 4 RNS' have been 'Further Loan Balance Reduction' RNS' which have been instigated by SS not YA. Hope this helps. Cheers Welsh
