I have a pile of Shiitake inoculated logs in my garden, just waiting for the first crop. I did get one mushroom growing recently, but some woodlice beat me to it before it grew big enough.

BigEvi, I have to admit to a limited slice yesterday @16.90.
Why and where did it go?
My portfolio had become way to unbalanced with GGP by far my largest holding. So I freed up some (not a lot, I still have 1.3m shares!).
Where did I put it? SNG a pharma stock on the cusp of great things!
If SNG comes good, I'll top slice there and come back in with GGP, trying to keep my two star holdings about even.

No, it will take time time to work through the system and it will take time for the take up levels to reach what is needed. At lease 2 years to work through and get to a reasonable level of overall effectiveness.

Then there's always the wild card, a mutation in the virus negating some of the vaccines! Viruses are prone to rapid and frequent mutations.

I think the 'window' is much larger than you expect. Vaccines are only one part of the solution. Bear in mind ramping up production and distribution worldwide, especially the time this will take. Mix in the number of vaccine candidates all trying to get to the top spot.

Throw in the antivax element, especially with the orange man trampling over the CDC and trying to force a vaccine proir to their election. this creates much more doubts.

Also a vaccine is only useful to those that haven't been exposed. So how will it be rolled out? Hospital workers first?

There will be a large demand for SNG for more than 2 years IMO, just for Covid related patients. Following that we have the massive COPD market for a then proven drug.

The normal 'sell on news' that pervades AIM stocks.
The main focus of traders is quick bucks on covid stocks, but seems to be mainly focused on vaccines - we are more of a sideline in that context.
The perceived relaxation of covid restrictions along with messaging changing more to boosting economies (although this did backtrace a lot yesterday afternoon).
One big seller continuing to sell off.
A massive number of unreported trades which came in over a day late.

IMHO, nothing much has harmed the fundamentals and prospects for us, just a perfect storm with big headwinds for a couple of days, the waters should start to calm down today somewhat.

I know it's vaccine related, but it does help illustrate the global size of the market we are invested in.

Ok, a vaccine, on these numbers will be aimed at one dose for everyone. We will only need to supply dose(s) for those infected, and over a longer time period.

It does however show the massive task needed to tackle this virus.
