No, wait.....!
You're going to move the power plant and gas pipe as well?
Can't you just run an extension cord along the new road, wouldn't that be easier?
Besides, if you do move the power plant, you'll still need the extension cord running back to Telfer for the airport, village and the mine workings you left behind.
????
Planet earth calling.
Move the processing plant..... you jest surely?
Telfer and Havieron are inextricably joined at the hip.
1) Telfer alone has a massive liability to close down if it remains uneconomical (with it's very high AISC at present). It will have a minimum or even negative value. Importantly it will come with the Haverion JV conditions to process the ore at cost plus (i think it is 10%), so there is not upside potential (unless more ore elsewhere is found). There is a likely minimal income from HAV over some 30 years due to the JV requirements.... Highly unlikely that there will e any 'buyers' for Telfer alone - they ill need HAV to make it work.
2) Havieron alone is a difficult one. Without a processing facility, an new one will have to be built. But at what cost?
To pick up HAV alone you would need to factor in the remaining development costs as well as the provision of processing. i.e. you need Telfer - period.
So.. watch this space. The JV requirements over processing links HAV and Telfer tightly together. This is the ace up GGP's sleeve - the lever that may well get us the whole shooting match at a very nice price indeed.
Not just Juri @mH01
I would expect all the former(NCM) JV's to end. Some very interesting ground/companies likely need shopping for partners/capital.
If they are out of Telfer, they won't keep any JV's in the area either.

Evergrande's problems are widely known.
The HK liquidation order is following a court case from an outside (non China) investor with only a very small portion of the overall debt.
China, technically, should accept the HK court ruling, but it remains to be seen if they do.
Most likely it will all be business as usual.
Maybe Sujood wasn't wrong?
Maybe there was an RNS that had to be pulled at the last minute due to a rival bid?
Maybe Sujood's prediction forced the new bidder to act?
Who knows ... remember The Twilight Zone..... Oh My!
Your point being what?
You start with the scaremongering of 'Vulnerable to an opportunist bid', then go on to show exactly why a bidding war will ensue.
Bring on the attempt at an opportunist bid, please..... I'd love to see how far the bidding war goes.
Don't miss out on the bigger picture too.
It isn't just about extending/replacing/refreshing the patent, What AVCT are offering is also a pathway to an increased market and the ability to capture 100% of the increased market.
1) all those that choose not to medicate due to the side effects, will have a much easier decision to make.
2) all those who would otherwise would have hit a lifetime limit (eg for DOX), where the replacement can likely be taken for longer and /or more frequently.
To offer the ability to replace an existing drug under new patent with it's own side effect of increasing market share as well as expanding the market is a very neat magic trick.
'not as daft'?
There is no gradation of totally stupid theories. It is just not true in any sense.
And yet another (massive yawn) baseless, illogical and totally stupid conspiracy theory is born!
Give me strength..... I blame the education system.
Here you go.... Voucher.
Scroll through to 4:54 for the voucher (unless you want a good giggle before!).

I think its all down to Darren in IT.
Maybe he came down with a winter bug and they had to reschedule at the last minute.
Hope he is better in time, now!
@Timster.....
it's a damp squib, not squid.
A squid or a little more than damp, they live in water, so are wet/saturated....
So how many RNSs before the investor meet on the 13th?
For me:
C7 completion
Start/approval of the fortnightly trial
Data release
plus one more unexpected one
I.e. 4.....
HL took a while, but I got a modest top up at just a shade over 135 - Happy Falcon.
So what happens next?
In the run up to the 13......
When, assuming it will, will the data be actually released?
Is there a whole set of press activity planned?
Trade if you dare, but you might find it daft to be out on any day up to the 13th.....
Ooooooh the anticipation...
The US doctor's prescribing habits/enticements are a complete red herring.
In the US there are two basic medical systems. 1) Worker's compensation which covers all medical costs for a work place injury - generally not a concern for Cancer. 2) private medical plans (generally as an employee benefit). This ignores any catch all state by state funded coverage for the unemployed and lowest earners in society.
For the bulk of the population their private medical plan will be in charge. This is a massive insurance lead business which has a large eye on cost containment. The individual can use drugs/treatments that the plan doesn't cover, but at their own cost. For some treatments/events/drugs there is an element of co-payment where the plan only funds some of the cost.
Why is this important, well the insurance part of the equation has a cost imperative/oversight. This is, however not done at an individual drug level, but as an overall cost for each type of treatment. I.e. someone who needs cancer treatment, it is not just the prescription for Dox that is the focus, but will include all the additional drugs needed to combat any adverse side effects suffered. Also any hospital stays procedures etc.
If a drug comes along that cuts out most (if not all) side effects of Dox with consequent reduction in doctor visits and hospital stays, then they will be highly interested. If this new drug (whatever it's cost) produces a lower overall cost along with a better patient outcome, then this will become the standard of care.
You need to focus on the whole picture and not the small detail of part of a medical episode in the US.
Or Tuesday, or any (non Thanksgiving day) next week......
