We're paying £8.6m for a business currently generating earnings £4.3m per annum and it's only operating at around 50% of capacity - even I can do those maths !
We get 18 months stock included - that should generate over £6m on it's own.
It's also a massive vote in confidence imo that Platcro holders are buying in to JLP for £1.3m

Fantastic news - doubled the chrome earnings starting next month with the ability to ramp up massively from the independent miners in the area - and it's mostly self funded. Should see us back at 2p then ....lol

Yes - do a search for "DOU Brasil" and you'll get plenty of results . If you use Google's chrome browser (as opposed to internet explorer etc) it will offer you the option to translate the results into English

Quizass is posting spurious references to the DOU - that's the official journal of the federal government of Brazil. Basically it's the same as posting up a bit of yeserday's Hansard from the house of commons - truly pathetic .

And by the way, it runs to 3 or 4 hundred pages so he or she really is a saddo if they're ploughing their way through that of an evening !

Look at the average volume of shares traded over the weeks, months, year - it's tiny. Currently running at around 300,000 a day out of a total issued of 186m - that's less than 1% per day - in fact it's 0.16% - now if you're listening to bopd - "bring our price down" , quisass or optimisticaliar or the likes, they'd have you thinking there's a panic on .

Value will out here and it won't take much to transform it - let's face it there's been virtually no volume over the last 6 months but they've marked us down 50% on no news

I emailed JLP yesterday to try and find out more about what level of protection we have with regards to IP - towards the end of the webcast, Leon said they wouldn't be selling the IP - makes me think we've got another asset. Beginning to think we might get taken out by a bigger beast...

My take was there's little chance of a placing anytime soon. Pojects seem to be self financing on the whole and Kabwe looks as though it'll be debt funded for the initial stage but revenue from the project will be used for financing as it becomes available.

Also thought it was quite interesting that Leon talked about not selling the IP - I've often wondered what's to stop the bigger boys stealing our processes and techniques, but definitely now looks as though we have formal IP in place. So moving forward could be a raft of JVs - I'm feeling pretty bullish for a guy who's near 50% underwater !
