Valency:- thank you very much for this enlightening information, having been around DCP for a ling time I think I first invested when the tailings were being re-sorted and that was all top secret I had to contact PL to find out if the first lot had been sold and for how much. things have come a long way since then and i am very sorry that things are tough at present. I do not really want the business taken over even though it could probably recover some of my profit situation, most of my dealing is in oil and gas and my ISA is filled with med companies with a few insurers I was involved with Air Bus and Air Liquid until I found out that they were withholding 30% French tax from my dividends cheeky! I suppose I am a little romantic about the diamonds foolish but there you go. I have no doubt that my small holding is secure against such large assets so am pretty relaxed about things, what is you real take on the situation will we get sold or is it a storm in a tea cup?

After all the initial work with the tailings the first and at that time only source of income, things moved on so did I leaving about 100 thousand shares for the future. Perhaps I have miss read the last few RNS which I believed were an accelerated book building exercise by the company to raise money, if not why would big Players like L & G and others bother to get involved in a company on the rocks. I feel sure that with this type of up front support PL would have little or no trouble raising money should the business need it? The sort of posters who to quote (RNS just landed) and a previous of no quote at all just a header leave me stunned! now outdated lists that have been copied and pasted from early on offer nothing either. Talking of boats I live most of my time on my Yacht in the south of France and certainly need all the money I have to keep it all going and afloat. Money and reputation have now been bolstered by a few well heeled friends from a real big boy on the block Legal and General this has now changed the whole ethos of the situation and at the very least having the cavalry charging to the rescue will give Loudon some space and time to re-arm himself all he has been guilty of is being a little too much of a gentleman; in a world of SPIV'S AND LOUTS. Anyone SELLING in panic will soon become aware that it was not the thing to do as this company will gradually move back up over the next few days, on the achieving good production and with DIAMOND prices likely to go through the roof by 2018 all looks very different today.

SP on the rise again today this company has changed from fools gold to the real thing no doubt it will make somewhere near to 25p by Christmas the dynamics have changed completely and if the current major shareholder is or was thinking of taking this private then it has become a long winded process he also suffers a conflict of interest so would have to be seen as squeaky clean in any future transactions; perhaps he is contented to let it run. A similar situation a few years ago was when consort medical wanted to buy Advance Medical Solutions, it failed to transpire and AMS is now trading about 230p, from 50p.

Great news this should move the SP on to where it belongs. Great achievement by the BOD and management; LTH here will I am sure be vey pleased indeed.
