I for one feel that the offer is far too low so I will not be selling anytime soon. the turnover is up brokers are recommending the share as a buy. this is a small but growing company, if we do not accept the offer, we have a baseline price and it con only get better! these are hard times for new businesses so we have done really well in spite of the so called head winds. there has been no guidance from the management, and if they thought it was a good offer they would already have recommended it they haven't? Wait till next week we now know that we have a bit of gold do not throw it away so someone else makes all the money in perhaps two or maybe less years Another company I invested in called Advanced Medical Solutions was offered some money to sell at the time the shares were about 58p I have just sold at 300p sometimes it pays to be patient! PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION AND SHOULD NOT BE USED TO MAKE ANY SORT OF INVESTING DECISION; PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!.
This company is about to go private and the price will be low just take note of what is happening no SP movement after AGM talk about splitting company. Come on this isn't GSK this is some two bob business that could be run by one person; and it's about to be!
I would like to know where did all the money go long time paying, share price dropping where will it end could it drop as low as 10p before this mess is sorted.
More good news it appears AMINEX HAVE APPOINTED A NEW COO pity we are not moving ahead like them as Mick 202 he is disappointed, i am still doing my research, will Dangote go ahead when perhaps others can off a better long term deal. Want to spread my investment so will continue with my research, so far small market cap no profit not actually in control of our own destiny, or have I got this wrong, been badly let down by solo do not want it ho happen again; perhaps someone could explain why wrl is as good or better better bet than either solo of AMINEX?
I was thinking of buying into this company as the current share price is near the all tome low, but quite frankly would need a lot of convincing that there is a future here am heavily invested in AMINEX A SHARE THAT HAS SEEN A SUPER RISE IN RECENT TIMES AND NOW SEEMS TO HAVE AND ENOURMOUSE AMOUNT OF GAS IN HAND. wrl seem to be going no-where at the moment, will this change; is it possible after so many ears non profit making, could someone give me an idea what the future holds, or is that dormant as well. I am not a shorter but this looks like it might be a shorters heaven?
I AM OUT PROFIT 20% THERE IS NO FUTURE IN CHASING RAINBOWS!
Why do people want to sell out this business it is doing perfectly well as a stand alone anyone who buys it has only two uses; one they eliminate completion, two to progress the business for further growth and profits. either way if we are a threat then we are worth progressing then we make profit the business grows pays a dividend the shares re-value perhaps similar to AMS who turned down an offer from Consort medical trading at that time 58p now about 245p it took a little time but the wait was really worth it. Why take 25p when with a little waiting we might end up with a ten bagger plus dividends!
This is not going to affect 2017 and as the business has been oversold over the last few weeks the only way is up, even if the chancellor does nothing we are well placed to maintain and even increase business in both the short and long term. Add some more today after all a faint heart never won a fair lady
The business with the acquisition of EURO TEC BEHEER has ensured a future access in the EU what ever happens regarding BREXIT tomfoolery; I would imagine that this is just the start to create a world class medical supply business for the future. this is a definite for the long term.
As I have stated before, cannot understand why SP DROPPED so dramatically, so small problems in South America rest of the world more than makes up for it. This should re-rate very soon in my opinion, long term hold for me.
GREAT NEWS this company under it's present management is really moving on, what with cash positive and being able to use the money to reduce debt a tremendous uplift from the dark days of last year; at this rate we will be buying our competitors instead of the other way round. WELL DONE THE CEO AND BOD.
I still cannot really understand the original sell off the business is just as it was a viable entity nothing has really changed; still good for me brought in at 75p not a big investment and in spite of the dividend being halted the company is very oversold. So the value isn't quite as much as we all thought, but the catch up will come fast with all the new customers. A really well run professional BOD who recognised the shortcomings of an individual and reacted immediately to rectify the matter; moving on from here in my opinion is just a simple matter of time before it returns to it's former value!
Result today although not record breaking must breath life supporting oxygen to the Business going forward?
Perhaps I am reading a different set of information to other people, but I fail to see that the business is anything but robust, it take time to re-gear a business and perhaps it was a trifle optimistic to try to make a lot of change at the same time. Who are we kidding is the world going to stop eating SAUSAGE lets get real before we all talk the business down try to be positive! Profit warnings are issued every day nothing goes up in a straight line this does not mean you don't arrive in the end; at this rate the business will get taken over at the current price it must look an attractive proposition Buffet usually buys up food companies alright along with everything else but food is a base product and SAUSAGE is a very big part of that. Any comments on the positive side please?
If we carry on working the tailings will this effect the dealings with creditors yes/no?
This used to be Skil-port in India new name lets hope the share recover when this project is near completion now that funds are available.
Valency:- thanks again it just goes to show that acts of God are not always bad, times now whilst pretty difficult have changed, and I feel that after reading your posts my gloom is misplaced and there will be a positive future for DCP and LACE; perhaps in the long term it might be even better both for the company and the shareholders. I have in the past be in contact with PL and found him extremely helpful and sincere and in spite of hindsight he has behaved in an exemplary manner when lesser men would have run away!
