Other revenue stream to be looked at...

Deal with DISH to bring in the catering, 3% Fee to 1poundsymefestival per stall. (Think they have enough customers)
Deal with AIG, EZY, & TUI for the flights taking 3% fee (maybe 5%, they need the business)
Deal with Fevertree to provide alcohol on a 20% of profits fee.
Deal with ZOE on 20% of profits to provide festival hippies with what they need.
Deal with BOO to create festival ware merchandise on a 40% cut of sales (they have cheap labour)

The Inventory will need to be insured, this will have to be with insurance company that stack up to the SYME due diligence. Due to the amount of inventory needing insured. SYME will be a potentially very big customer to insurance companies. AZ mentioned brokering fee's. I would say SYME will get a fee or % of the sale payment, from the Insurance companies for bringing the business.

I think demand is too strong for a Party @Peace.
It's going to take a while for the £1 party so there is plenty of time for promotion.
How about the SYME £1 Festival
You're close to my field of expertise here. So here's an idea.

Make it a ticketed festival and invite all SYME shareholders.

Reasons and research..

-50 people isn't enough.
- If SYME got to £1 the party would need to be far bigger.
- 10,000 people is a nice size for a weekend Festival.
-Greek Island still good as a nice mid point for European and Middle Eastern investors.
-£1000 Ticket price for the weekend
- 100 exclusive VIP tickets at £10k which include back stage entrance and dinner with AZ, Peace, myself, AP & Savvy & Ex Trader.
- VIP also includes VIP Burning man night held at 3:00am where we put a straw man of TW on the fire and hold dance around it chanting "go to jail, go to jail"

Revenue from Festival tickets
9,900 x £1000 = £9,900,000
100 VIP £10 x 100 = £1m

Total revenue £10.9m

On a 50% Profit margin that gives us £5m to set it all up.

I think also, you have a lot of investors now from the likes off GGP and EUA looking for the next opportunity. The pressure here should remain strong as metals prices look at the beginning of a long bull run. If gold goes up over 2000 you can expect a bull run in miners. One's like OMI stand to benefit the most as its been way off the radar of many and is actually further advanced than a good few on many multiples.

Low amount of share in issue compared to a lot of others, Low market cap compared to resource. 2 major JV's to de risk.

I think Father Ted is closer on the revenue side, I think trader is a little low on some of the saleable businesses.

Glad to see 20p, That's the low end of where we should be now for me. As news drops, it will rate upwards. When some really healthy accounts drop, or a sale of magnitude, the market will value ORPH at a better multiple.

Bought EUA on the day of suspension at 7p. Bought SYME at .07p first and then lots more at .05p when it had a de ramping attack day from TW. Figured if he's that wrong on NCYT then EUA, I'm happy buying SYME. Cheers Tom haha

Said it when they dropped it 12%. They don't have the shares they sell you when you all come running for them. Up from 5p. Those MM's will sell you what they don't have, soak up the buys, then drop and and get sells before settlement. Those traders on profit sell to keep the profit, Some holders who've been there a while sell, Stop losses are hit, then they've got all the shares they need. There is not a buyer for every seller straight away. It takes a few sessions sometimes. Understand their tricks. Todays drop gained shares for yesterdays buyers.

Doesn't have to be RNS'd as its not BOD level. It will be in the next one though.
