Recent transfer of patent ownership as reported at the hearing, but not so publicly, is certainly well under market value, probably reversible and prosecutable too with the right funding and legal team behind the claim, but Riches needs taking out of any influence if this is to succeed as he can't be trusted.
Perhaps it's not straightforward and needs attention to recent transactions.
Waiting for confirmation. It seems WGP is finished pending liquidator being nominated & serious questions asked about current patent ownership, but subject to confirmation.
Adjourned
End of April wind-up perhaps, as legal bills for more than one supplier seem to be outstanding or remain unpaid.
does not include all that have been involved. It's probable that a few good people, and experienced business folk, have worked with or for Worldlink, subsequently leaving or forced out due to matters beyond their control. Some perhaps still owed money.
That's what I'm told.
All this potential activity and revenue creation, based on a patent for the underlying technology that appears to have been written down to a £1 value for the purposes of a winding up and allegedly moved elsewhere? If the patent value is a differing amount, in reality much greater, why not raise obviously much-needed funds against the patent asset?
"Neil Riches signing contracts knowing he didn't have the money" and allegedly owing ten of thousands, maybe more, to others. Sell the family silver?
(previously rumoured to be valued @$80m-$100m) some say it's been transferred, to which company and will the various legal companies, allegedly creditors, look to reverse the transaction?
This is looking like it's all over bar the shouting, vultures and grave diggers.
legal?
"unique technology"?

indeed it could, many have tried but ignored. Look through the press records, the expertise is there to see. How many of those are now also owed money?
"Patents where are they?" THE question many on here & watching recent activity want answering.
own goal?
is there plan b or plan c to rescue the assets, remove the current management, putting in a hit squad to make things happen with proper commercial contracts to get a return for investors and shareholders? where is the patent and if transferred where's it gone?
thoughts... possible...?
