If notified on 1st May why is the market only being informed now? No news till they have dumped the remaining 153 million shares (as of 1/5) obviously lower now IMO and still off loading.

If the trades shown as sells are accurate then there is a large buy coming. If forward selling then IMO Djeno is nailed on for early development.
Either way a positive CPR will show this is the real deal and whichever direction DS takes Mengo or Djeno will be excellent for the SP.
