My understanding and I'm happy to be corrected is at close of play if the buyer has breached an additional 1% above 5% although woody say 3% so he could be correct you need to declare it.

It could be a multi % up to the first 3 or 5 % obviously.

I am happy with today. Even with a sell near the end the day SP remained stable.
The low of the day was still a few percent higher than yesterdays low so no dramas and another day closer to positive news.
