Answer: if sufficient shareholders unglued themselves from the parade of pap fed to us by media fatcats, took notice of the companies they invest in and kicked up an almighty fuss when voting each year something might change. Dunno how folk are managing to sell their shares. I'm a VLTH and hanging in there but doing dummy sells to get an idea of the latest realistic price go to NT 9 times out of 10. Seems to indicate the mm's don't want the shares but on the other hand are willing to get rid of them. Is this another Cunning Plan?

You won't get owt from SFO as they refuse to keep the shareholders of the company they are bringing to its knees updated in any way. Typical smug, penpushing, bean counting Civil Servants accountable to nobody.
Petrofac ain't any better. I wrote to Investor Relations months ago but didn't even receive the courtesy of an acknowledgement, indicative I feel of an attitude to shareholders matching that of the SFO.

Dunno L3 but if it is at all significant the investigation into AFW commenced two months after Petrofac and seems just as complex so is it an indication that our case may be heading for finalisation. Possible I suppose.

How unprofessional can you get.
Why WAS Osofsky imported from the US to head up a British Government Department in the first place? Surely we have oodles of top class investigators of our own who would have had the sense not to get mixed up with a third party who had no business being here in the first place.
Doesn't bode well for an early resolution of our own case if mountains of SFO management time is being taken up firefighting.
Oh and agree completely with Walt when he advises caution about specific comment about individuals.
