In tow at present we have 2 Co-brokers: a "Nominated and Financial Adviser" (whatever that is):a Financial PR firm (Medistrava) and Directors who between them are said to have a "wealth of experience",all costing us a packet.
So what are they all doing, ESPECIALLY MEDISTRAVA, apart from hanging on for the ride and collecting fat fees into the bargain

So if at present we SI's hold say 2.5 bn shares between us then we own 73.46% of the company. Divide both our shareholding and the number of shares in issue by 50 and you get the same result. Don't you???

How do you know that "so many on here take notice of his posts" which after all do inject an element of optimism amidst all the doom and gloom that sometimes pervades especially when the SP is staggering while waiting for news.
Like all other posters to this BB he just states what he thinks and it is up to individuals to make up their own minds,preferably not taking notice of anything on this BB upon which to base investment decisions

SOG.Agree. Perhaps those better informed/more maths orientated than I am can explain why the SP produced by the consolidation on present figures would be about £1.80 so why then should it be less than £1.80 if the Consolidation happened this very minute.

Let's not forget the BoD own 3% of the company between them so if we lose money on the consolidation then so do they. Or perhaps PH waited until the port was being circulated to tell them and they didn't get it??

IF the tox results have been priced in then I shudder to think what will happen to the SP if there is the slightest whiff of any doubt

Quite a lot my Friend on the basis that:-
a) they have ben waiting 10 years or more for results
b) they have seen previous juicy spikes but have hung on for "the big one" but have then seen the SP tank by 50% back to where it was
c) they have diminshing faith in the ability of the BoD
so decide that " a bird in the hand " etc etc and grab their profits and run

Well said Aber.-we were screwed from Day 1. Dunno who on earth handled Sareum's part in the setting up of the agreement but they wrere seen coming a mile away and we were denied a seat at the table even though of our money financed it!!
