SFO announcement was on 12th May 2017.
It is ingrained in my memory as the day the rot started. Since then the Government meddlers and the grubby shorters have contrived to drive a once great company into the ground. B......s the lot of them.

This week the TPA reported that since 2018 the Public Sector has ballooned by 426,000 including a 77,000 strong army of pen pushers in the Civil Service. It seems none of them went to the MHRA.

I'm afraid the highly negative impact of the grubby little oiks at the SFO is still with us 14 months after they gave up trying.
To them it is just history and another 14 months contributions from us taxpayers to their pensions.
There was always talk of "the company" being fined when in reality it was always us.
A sad story but not without just the faintest flicker of hope.

I had intended to contact Parker as well but I then took the view that if he hasn't got the message vis a vis the real impact that even mildly positive noises by the BoD has, then we might as well all "pack up and go home"!!!

I know of a woman who has been a Nurse for 35 years and earns £10.40/hour.
As for rail workers, my boss of some 20 years ago had a train driver son who was on £40k then.

Just recently Recruitment website Reed estimated the average train driver salary to be £48,500 a year in the UK.
The starting salary is around £30,000 and once you earn more experience, you can see yourself earning over £65,000.
A train driver in London can see him or herself earning £58,795 and experienced workers can earn over £69,000.
In Scotland, most train drivers start off with £38,195 and once the probation period ends they can see their pay rise to £48,360.
Drivers work an average of 35 to 40 hours a week, including weekend and evening shifts.
(AND they don't even have to steer the damn thing unlike HGV folk who have nowhere near the amount of safety gizmos on board but pull only around £32k with hugely unsocial working hours)

At the end of the Q&A Session on Friday it was stated that those questions tabled but not answered at the meeting would be answered "via the Portal" Does this mean Investor Meet or some other vehicle?
I had tabled one (of several) very pertinent question and will be interested to hear the answer.

No and neither have I tried putting bitter in the car. (Once I put unleaded in a diesel-what fun- happily breakdown Ins. covered it)

It has always puzzled me but even my limited maths brings me to say this.
At present we are paying about £8.00 for a gallon of diesel, initially costing zillions to pull out of the ground etc etc
At present we are paying around £44.00 for a gallon of beer which costs BA and consists of hops, water and yeast.
Madness.

Without a doubt the smug little bean counters at SFO have injured this company badly and they care not a jot. Typical civil servants' contempt for the private sector despite the fact that the latter contribute handsomely to their 22ct gold, inflation proof pensions.

I reiterate-just shows what a piece of mildly positive comment from the BoD can do. Not particularly price sensitive but a piece of, what should be, regular communication rather than just thrown in at the AGM.

Just shows what a modicum of pertinent, basic communication of news can do and likewise absence of same.
I hope the BoD note this in the SP swings today and act accordingly in future.
