OK Ahfam-give us the benefit of your vast knowledge to demonstrate that this company is going places. I am always pleased to read positive comments and will read negative, the latter without responding with acid comment I should add, so do remind us, bullet point why you are still bullish about this share. It may well help to dispel some of the gloom,always welcome.

Unbelievable 3%++ drop even though great results yesterday and buys outstripping sells 1.5/1 today

Time for TM and Co to pull their fingers out and stop sodding around. Now over 4 months since the CTA was rejected (yes it was despite the careful RNS wording) and will soon be getting on for a year from when it was first first submitted.
Loads of soothing noises were made at the AGM by our very part time Chair (£1k a week) but since then nowt apart from the announcement of the long-delayed return of the Prodigal 737 and even then we found out Rights had been returned many weeks previously without notification. Poor communication, again.

Another 2 years and then only maybe?? None of us is getting any younger, especially our esteemed CEO. Just hope the Company has taken out Key Man Insurance 'cos if they haven't then the potential for usending up in deep doodoo is immense.

Now 17 months since resolution of the SFO meddling which brought the company to its knees and we are still floundering.
Could it be that as Petrofac can not offer inducements while others continue to do so has something to do with it?

Dunno really, but would merely remark it has been 7 years since it crossed the Pond and to my mind it is a bit of a red herring and outwith the BoD's control anyway.

They need to concentrate on getting our core product (s) past the CTA stage, itself stymied for 4 months today with no indication whatsoever as to progress or otherwise other than "the Board is working hard....." Bearing in mind they are costing us about £450k pa I should hope they are.

I was going to say something positive about the SP but Sod's Law forbids.

Quite agree Ahfam but I would like to think they would not let things slide to the "catastrophic" level before they came clean!! However with this BoD, which now has a reputation for employing the Mushroom style of management, one never knows and this is the problem perceived by more than a handful of posters.

What is spooking the this share is the total inability of our BoD to keep us/the market informed on progress, however slight.
TM may be a brilliant scientist but he's totally pony at being CEO.
Parker has cost us about £400k since his appointment but apart from his urbane management of the AGM, designed to keep us all hanging on, what else has he brought to the table in terms of serous advancement of our fortunes? Were the HNWI's a result of his efforts perhaps?

Soothing noises were made over 2 months ago about the redirection of the CTA and the return of 737 and what have we heard to date? Absolutely nowt.

Now, I can understand reticence at BoD level IF something big was about to break but surely if ANY progress was being made, however slight, e.g. " pleased to advise alternative avenue of approach for CTA approval has been sourced" or "pleased to advise CRT is in active dialogue with GSK re finalising the return of 737" etc etc. then is it not incumbent on the BoD to tell us????

The corollary to the above is ,of course, is the absence of any form of communication indicative of a total absence of any progress whatsoever.
