Have contacted a old school friend in Australia to ask him if he knows the name of the organisation which will be processing the CTA.
He has come up with "The regulatory authority here is the TGA - that is the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Their website has a portal if you want to email them.I know nothing of their competence but I do know that they are very conservative and cautious."

Silverfoil. If the Application ticks all the boxes in relation to the Council's Local Plan which is the Bible when it comes to assessement of the Application, then it will go through I regret to say. So, your fight must centre around a detailed examination of that plan to ascertain if the proposed development flies in the face of any of its rules however apparently insignificant
As for local public opinion it carries no weight at all. After all they are only the folk who pay for the shambles which is local government today.

Possibly when Parker concentrates his efforts on flogging Sareum rather than splitting his fire in 4 different directions?
We have 2 scientists who are fully occupied with the science side with no time for other matters (I hope). As far as I can see Parker is the only "deals" man on board so unless he is giving Sareum priority and earning his £1k per week it will take much longer than it should.
Just my thought on the subject.
