Against that Sierra have come out smelling of roses having cut their future liabilities by $29.5 million but with no written commitment to hypothecate that saving for the future development of 737. Also the Phase 2 dosing milestone payment of
$12 million appearing in the original Agreement seems to have disappeared from sight unless of course this is an error on Sareum's bulletin.

You may be happy paying NED's over 80k pa without knowing what they are doing to get this company's name up in lights where it belongs- many of us are not. Furthermore the recent rise in the SP has nowt to do with the NED's, rather the massive potential of the company's products courtesy of Tim and his Oppo

Part of the mantra for a NED is that they should "make a substantive and measurable contribution to the effectiveness of the board they belong to" and "play a full and active part in helping an organisation to succeed."
Note the word "measurable" and the latter part of the last para sentence.
