Guzzler, agree it was worth a lot more at .75p than it is currently, but as we both know profit is profit at he end of the day & that is what drives those 2 individuals - like you I am also holding in the hope of good news in the near future to kick us on. I wonder what is going on in Barcelona ?

Guzzler, the full picture is that on the 13th Oct 420m shares went at .05p then on the 23rd Nov 147m went at .5p so those that took the .05p are well ahead & my guess is that they are the ones selling using the smokescreen of NL & PS being in at .5p & 2.5p I believe that the 2 individuals in question in another thread are the ones that took the placing at .05p - fair play to them for being in that position so selling some of those shares now at a multiple of 7 or 8 times their purchase price would easily give them a nice free carry from here on in ?

I think that you will find that the II are governed around what they can & can't invest in, I'd expect II to start to get in on the next leg up when we are further de-risked as we are then compliant on their risk profile. The natural cycle is that early adopters ( PI's ) that get in early at low prices and hold get the opportunity to go on the journey as the company matures, only when ( or if ) we are looking to go from pennies to pounds would I expect serious II investment to be attracted to us. I'm willing to hold in the hope / belief that we are in at the ground floor and if the deals do come through we are rewarded for our trust & loyalty while the non believers / unsearched / more risk adverse investors get in later

assuming that you are referring to JZ & LH then I would suggest that a simple run of the numbers based on their known buy in price will tell you if they are overall up on their investment, oh & that would be without taking into account any " spreadex " positions that they may or may not have held through the SP decline ? They are business men who's aim is to make as much money as they can, for themselves at every opportunity ? The real issue is that this is all conjecture as only they know the truth in their activities in here & any other share , the real question is do you trust them ?

They may well be the published rules but in reality what is the consequence of a " late " or " delayed " notification ? Especially if the significant holders are non UK residents ? We are assuming that they are " responsible " I would argue that there are 1 or 2 in ANR that don't fit that criteria and they always seem to ride around in pairs - they both are as bad as each other and are just out to make as much as they can personally not matter how they do it I Am hoping that we do get a bounce from our current levels but fear that might not be the case

good indicator that this is a real rise is the fact that we've held the increase in vol, while slightly down on yesterday we still have around 28m on LSE plus whatever there is elsewhere I have a feeling that we are seeing a build up to Thursday

Cloak & dagger is the polite way of putting it, murky & dirty is far more accurate as it appears this is normal operation for JZ & his associates - once I am out of here I will never get in on anything that JZ is linked, involved or touches in any shape or form

The twitch today, as no doubt it will get wiped out in the coming days, like it has before. Still the under lying trend is downward. It is a shame as at 1 point I had belief in the story, lucky I sliced some at 2.4p but still holding some that I'm now negative in, so may well take a slice tomorrow and try to average down here. The only reason that I'm looking to do this is to protect my capital as I think there will be some level of correction once the long term direction is sorted but I get the feeling that there are so many locked in now that IF we ever get close to 3p there will be the mother of all sell offs so would take a buy out to get above that, but those involved with that work in murky ways. So doubt that will be for the level that some have stated before. It's a shame but for me there are far better companies around, the PI's have been screwed by Colin & Carver while they've squeezed the lemon

I see that BPC is top of the risers board currently sat at 128% on the day, on the announcement of a single deal. That is what we are waiting for here, but beyond that there is all the other opportunities that NUOG are working toward. Oh & BCP flew from a very similar SP to where we find ourselves today, it just shows you that we are 1 sold RNS away from lift off, so I am holding my shares tighter than ever and wait patiently for the RNS to drop

Always a sign for me is vol, sounding like a stuck record now, but with what we have seen already of over 4m in 1st 45min we are looking good for a solid day, if we can hit 40m then we're looking in good shape, MM need to keep the spread tight to keep the momentum up & who know where we will end

Zorbas involvement in MRS is impacting the SP as many people simply do not trust him, the sooner he moves on the better for the company as his reputation is through the floor ( 4.5p anyone ) MRS appears to be a sound business being held back by a shark being involved

I assume you are referring to Mr Burton, I didn't see those comments but would like to see them, can you point me in the direction of them ? But even so I really don't think that JZ has any consideration for anyone, even his close pal from Swansea, the more I learn about him the less I wished I put my money in something he is involved with, its just a blind bet with anything he gets involved with & he takes advantage of crazy low placing prices

Yes, I am lucky that my investment in here sits in my pension pot so makes it less of an issue to hold in the blind hope that JZ actually delivers something. Yes the 4.5p being the floor comment is one that would haunt a normal person but JZ is such a thick skinned, self centred arrogant c~ock he won't bat an eyelid at all
