Think it is a combination of his age, impending retirement that means he wants to liquidate which he has every right to do, it's just the way that he is going about it. There was lots of talk of an off market sale that would have been far less destructive to the SP but Bachman would rather sell on the open market, that makes me think he now doesn't mind trashing the SP which feels like a personally driven decision. So my assumption is that he has fallen out with other & probably recent Board Members

Miller, its a feeling I have, no evidence at all just thinking out loud. IF I am right then I am hoping that the news when it firms up will fore them to change their tactics & we get the kind of increase we hope for.

the trouble I have is that CH has done this already and agreed to an interview, presentation or call where PI's believe news will drop, and he can't be stupid enough to go in with nothing new and guess what....... that's exactly what he's done !

Have a slight feeling that the guys that took the placings last time have ****ed off the city boys by not giving them a slice of the placings as they would have wanted to, so what we are now seeing is anything they are involved with is getting screwed over by the MM's

The hope is that real solid news lands that fundamentally changes the business, none of these non binding MOU's or illogical NED appointments that we've seen recently

Again I ask - why is this a massive appointment for ANR when he appears to have experience as a chartered surveyor and estate agent, so please educate me on how this benefits ANR's core & proposed business ????

OK, so it looks like we have a welsh chartered surveyor joining the board who holds positions in a number of real estate businesses in Wales - I am struggling to see the benefit of this appointment as it looks more like a mate of Leon's getting involved.

I would be welcome to hear if it's anything different ?

I'd suggest that you look at the reasons behind the rise, if you think that it will just rise until VM is confirmed & NOMAD swapped then you may have a limited time to get in, maybe buy on any dips after todays spike, if you're an investor then look at her track record with similar size companies & the journey she took them on, as well as the perspective of today's SP against it's all time high - only then can you make an informed choice.

whats been really encouraging is that even with the vol easing up at the ed of the week to 11m from 30m on Monday we've held the rise, I think this bodes well with people taking serious positions not looking for a trade

Yes, it's to the detriment of this board when people start resorting to personal mud slinging, strikes me R1 is paranoid about something.

Like I've said before all that I care about now is that the BOD step up & deliver tangible results and lift the SP from it's current sorry state, that said my fear is that even IF they do this there is a chance that the reputation of some people associated with this company, via the placings, is putting off a lot of PI's of investing here as they are quite simply not trusted by a significant number of AIM PI's

Totally agree, its been long enough to trust that Nick is working hard etc its now time for the hard work to deliver some real results, enough of this jam tomorrow promises, the longer it takes to come through ( assuming it does ) the less PI's will trust the company, thus destroying sentiment.

Simply put the business needs to deliver, and stop all the hot air being spouted with nothing to substantiate its claims
