These sound far more realistic than letting Zorbas & Hogan continue to assist Nick run this for their own benefit.

Both are currently unable to build a profitable and sustainable business, just push out ramp after ramp that never comes through, what they are trying to do here is really pushing the limits, as its taking ANR buying into Leindos that is also Zorbas owned, this looks to me like a really easy way of giving them ability to syphon off funds for their own personal gain as there is zero transparency, plus I am pretty sure this is a conflict of interest so should a new Nomad be found something that would get raised with them ?

Look at the performance of the other companies they have been involved with that are listed NONE of them have shown continued increase in value, just a spike that they have benefitted from, they appear to structure things in such a way they can be extremely agile, they have companies set up & registered in different countries for different companies often with it being illogical to the business but allows them to operate in a faceless manner and avoid any PI interaction

Agree, and with MRS I can't see there being too much issue in changing Nomad, for me getting the much discussed refinancing that will be the catalyst

I've never been so confident as I am now with UPL, its all set up so nicely for a very exciting 2019, someone made a reasonable investment late on with a 1m buy, we've not seen too many of that size buys so that's great to see. With all the recent interest off the back of the 2tcf of recoverable gas find we find ourselves sitting here at a £20m MCAP add that to the 40% interest we have in at WICK as well as the other monster asset of Sarawack it is easy to forget Hardsoft which had a best case value was 3p on it's own and it's worth noting that in the latest cash raised it was stated that some is set aside for PEDL 299 Seismic & Well preparation of Hardsoft.

Also worth remembering that the key players here hold a stake that they have acquired through the fund raising so each time they've gone to the market the good doctor has put his hand in his pocket which gives me great comfort.

I really do expect this will give Cove a run for it's money, why's that well listen to the latest and Dr S refers to this as his baby, he's well invested financially & emotionally.

There honestly isn't a better investment in AIM or at least IMHO

So ANR buy the technology from Leindos then use Quantifury to facilitate things - all with the springs being pulled by Zorbas - doesn't seem to be too many conflicts of interest there then ??

So having a chance to read the results in more detail and then consider what they are saying or least how I am reading it -

1 - The tone is far more balanced and not as salesy as previously
2 - Losses have been reduced
3 - The Minty's have reduced their salaries
4 - Cash is not an urgent requirement
5 - Any cash raised will be to conclude a deal that is revenue generating
6 - There are multiple opportunities / projects being woked on, from small to large
7 - We are gearing up heads in Brazil to deliver projects
8 - NFL is still in play aiming to deliver results in 2019

So none of this is new news just its in black & white as well as having gone through the official channels

The AGM is the 25th Jan in Manchester so a great opportunity to meet the business Face to Face, not like some other companies that hide behind the AGM being held far afield.

As an optimist I would love news of a deal in advance of the AGM but from what is said in the summary these deals are highly complex and take time to pull together, but once the 1st deal comes in then I can see the following deals to almost roll through by comparison.

Oh and looking at the now 6 x 1m share purchases going through someone has read these and liked what's been said.

Five buys of 1m shares went through in a 20 min period, that seems to be someone wanting to take a reasonable stake ?

Clearly someone has seen sense & seen that he offers little value to the business, would love to know why he has been removed ?
