I don’t know how many Institutions will be holding these shares due to liquidity rules and regulations many will have sold off thus the big price reduction.

Yes, Richard, unless the investors make a specific request they will vote as one, probably agreeing with the board as they always do.

StrollerB, excellent letter, very well said, good man or woman. Many shareholders share your sentiments.

There is always going to be something that will hamper this share price, it’s far too sensitive to outside influences, at the moment it is a short term bet to be bought and sold at frequent intervals but long term it has not got a lot of promise, but that is my thoughts and I am entitled to them as you are to yours, please accept that this share will always fluctuate if you want to make money , buy and sell short term but don’t hold long term, I have learnt by my mistakes.

Richard: I have a few friends who worked for Centrica, they partook in the employee share save scheme, they have seen their share price fall from £5,50 to just under forty pence, they took early retirement but have now also lost their dividends, this scheme seems to deprive the minority who took care of their own finances for retirement in order to ensure that the furloughed workers don’t lose out. This seems a strange idea from the government who have totally destroyed CNA and Lloyd’s.

I am going to miss my first dividend payment which would have amounted to £6,000 approximately, the reason I invested in shares was purely for the dividends to supplement my income. I did not intend my investments to be a bolster for the government but for myself,. I have sent a complaint to my MP but surprise, surprise I have heard nothing back, he seems to be keeping a low profile these days.

Luckily, I have sufficient income to keep me going but the luxury of not worrying about money has gone. This will ring true with many of you. I feel I will be wearing a black arm band on proposed dividend payment dates. It’s so sad.

CofE, in the long run this share may do very well or maybe not. History has a habit of repeating itself. We have all been caught on the perpetual race track with this thorough bred donkey.

Oxo, you want my experience of Covid19, to be truthful with you I have had worse viruses, I had the sore throat, headaches, difficulty in breathing, persistent cough and extreme exhaustion. I am fit and healthy so fought it off to a great extent, I was quite ill for a week and recovered gradually, I kept getting relapses where I would have to go back to bed exhausted. It’s was a bit like Peter Sellers in the Pink Panther being attacked by his chinese manservant Cato , at any unexpected turn.

Did you read that report MickB, it states there is no guarantee that a person won’t catch Covid19 more than once.

Thanks for that post MickB, it does not answer the question and until we find the right answer there is no such thing as “Herd Immunity “.

Oxo, as a recovered Covid19 victim, I feel that I am wasting time on lockdown, I should be free but no one knows? It’s a bit of a conundrum.

Oxo, what’s your thoughts on recovered Covid19 patients, should they be given free reign to break lock down as presumably they would have some immunity, that’s how a vaccine works so if recovered Covid19 patients do not have immunity against this virus then we are all F**ked.
