Eccles04, I have to agree, went for lunch at an hotel in a nearby holiday destination, usually full of foreigners, the place was busier than I have ever seen it, not a parking space to be had the beach was packed, ice cream shops with queues a mile long, cars being turned away at another nearby beauty spot. The staycation brigade are spending their cash in the U.K., same at my sisters who lives in another tourist destination, the place was jam packed over the weekend. Surely this must be adding to the upward economy.

Snige, I eat a lot of fish, at least 3 times a weeks, mainly haddock and mackerel, but I agree that Brexit has done very little for Lloys share price, it has been a total disappointment to me and I can’t see the idiot Boris fighting the good fight for us in a deal or no deal as he he totally overwhelmed with Cov19. I chose to invest in CNA a couple of months ago instead of Lloy, lucky me, 25% profit plus already. I have to say a couple of you on here said CNA was a better bet so well done you guys.

Bucklefern, why would I do it myself when I can afford to pay professional craftsmen, I earned more cash in the day job, didn’t have to built a house in my spare time. Get real and stop digging your hole us big enough.

Bucklfern, when my house was built the bricks were delivered premade also all other components were premade, sink and kitchen premade, toilets and bathroom premade but the guys who put it all together were craftsmen, joiners, plumber and brickies. I bet they all started with the premade Lego and meccano.

Bucklefern, absolute rubbish, Lego has been around forever and as a kid I built alsorts of weird creatures and buildings and none from plan, ditto meccano.
