Why would having Align as a shareholder put investors off? Given the potential this company now has (I wouldn’t have said that 3 months ago) Align seem to have made a wise investment, although of course not yet proven through the share price movement. We should be on eve of something big, but need that $400,000 to be received by the end of the week. Be nice if that coincided with the grant of the HMS licence now the appeal has gone away. All IMO and DYOR

With all the transformational news and the RNS this morning why on earth are some people selling ? I don’t get it!!!!

IMO This is a dip buy opportunity and time to average down further.

All good but the real sustained increase in the SP should come when the second (more substantial) tranche of money is received around 15 August. When that happens the doubters will start to believe. At long last we’ve good reason to be optimistic even if some posts are getting a bit carried away with their percentage increase predictions.

The Bladey post, nothing. The posts that precede it are referring to Hotel Choc. I had expected more of a bounce back in the SP after the dip following the trading update last Tuesday. Hopefully the SP will recover this coming week. Prospect of a further interest rise on 4 August worrying though.

I don’t think this will lead to a ceasefire as Russia (Lavrov) has stated that it has increased its objectives and they aren’t going to give up Donbas and Crimea. The grain deal agreement has been signed by Russia so that it doesn’t alienate its partners in the developing world particularly in those countries where there could be starvation. However, I don’t expect the cost of living crisis to have that much impact on HCOC as it’s client base tends to be the more affluent part of the population who would rather pay more than settle for a cheaper and lower standard alternative.

I don’t think SOU are disagreeing with the Moroccan tax authorities about the tax law, it is the case that by misunderstanding the facts to which the Moroccan tax authorities are applying the facts, they (and the lower Courts) are reaching an incorrect conclusion. Provided an appeal is made and a full, clear and unambiguous presentation of the facts is made in a higher Court, the correct conclusion should be reached.

But dilution only an issue if your average is below £1.50 which is the price for the first tranche of shares re the proposed acquisition.

Very positive, just need that licence. Dennis Edmunds recently invested £50,000 for 5,000,000 shares (1p each) so I also see that as a sign of good things to come. Added a few this morning also.

Should have taken the £1.70 offer and got this company off the UK stock market. The City don’t like MM and MM is IMO contemptuous of the City, I’m in MM’s camp after having listened to the recent Q and A’s following the recent results and trading update. Let’s hope another offer comes in that gives MM and his people what they want. This company can thrive without the distractions of being a listed company.

Silver, worth remembering that Shaun Day invested at 14.5p on the last fundraiser and has share options with an exercise price of 25p.

Onename, hope you’re right, but did we really need the 14.5p placing last November? Anyways, with a 18.45p AV this is a long term hold until we go to production
