Just registered for Investor Meet Company event on Monday which is company driven and unexpected. Hopefully news on a potential re domiciling to a friendly country followed by a demerger and any other measures to de-risk and protect shareholder value.

Agreed, but you can’t ignore the one wipe out negative in the RNS around material uncertainty around going concern. It’s a great opportunity as long as it doesn’t fold due to being unable to resolve legacy issues. Big risk, big reward. We should know one way or the other by the end of October. I came in at just over 9p and will watch this unfold.

What’s got to give is that the company needs to delist from the LSE (value 0.2 x sales) and list on another stock exchange where valuation of an inferior competitor was 4 to 5 x sales - simples!!

The RNS states that an update on the capital raise / balance sheet restructure will follow alongside or after the half yearly results. These results aren’t due out until the last week of October. This doesn’t strike me as a company in distress as you might think from the plummeting SP but rather a company that is planning ahead in a sure and steady measured way. IMO the 50% plus drop is overdone and this will recover albeit maybe not back to 20p but perhaps Mid teens.

Should be an interesting Investor Meet Company presentation later today. I exited my small investment last December after deciding not to participate in the placing (thank god) but it seems since January there has been a changing of the guard with a view to turning this business around. I watched a presentation a year ago and was not impressed by Terry/Jenny at all as they didn’t inspire me and were somewhat cagey on some of the probing questions that were asked by PIs. Hopefully a more open and engaging approach today.

Actually Taverner, it will be the US call and they’re barely affected by the energy crisis and yet they instigated the whole problem.

Which is likely to come first, the feasibility study or the agreed bank funding? If the former then don’t expect too much from the SP until then.

Someone just sold £2,500 worth at 0.96p. Why would anyone sell at this price now we’ve got the news we’ve just got? Crazy, or rather, there is a perfectly simple explanation and a gap in my investment education.

That’s great news. Glad to get the confirmation which might not have been necessary but is certainly both welcome and reassuring.

Do you think an RNS should be issued if they haven’t received the $400,000 given that the money was due by (not on) 15 August? Given the recent history of the company and the fact that this money is a big deal, and DE agreed to improve communication, surely it would be better to confirm either way to stop us all guessing

A reassuring (rather than anything new of real substance) RNS which is what we need with this company. Happy with the regular communication and looking forward to the webinar.

Already heavily invested in this share, so didn’t add this morning. Kicking myself as I thought the initial drop in SP was overdone. The RNS is more about the past (it is as it is and came as no surprise) but not a lot has changed on where the company is looking forward. Keeping the faith

Hope you’re right, but what if the $400,000 isn’t received? Also the current licence is for tantalum not lithium. In the Investor Meet Company call DE said extending it to lithium is a formality. Hope he’s right, but what if……

Still undecided whether to go paperless or not. My concern is that by not going paperless the broker would not act in accordance with my wishes if, for example, Evraz delists from LSE and delists on another stock exchange. The broker might sell my shares (for a pittance) rather than transfer the shares into my name and enable me to continue to hold the shares if I wanted to. Can a broker do this or are they obliged to transfer legal title to my name so that I effectively go paperless later? I could ask the broker but not sure I’d trust the answer or I’d be speaking to a muppet on the phone.

Then those PIs who are with the brokers that refused to transact Evraz shares for their fee paying clients should be sanctioned by PIs. I’d like to know who those brokers are. Perhaps that’s a pathetic comment by me, just so bloody angry….

More importantly how was the FCA protecting shareholders by suspending……. I don’t feel protected at all!!!!
