Id be careful here - this company gobbles cash like crazy. qouldnt be surprised if it delists and blames the LSE - seems to be the trend ATM

The company has had no revenue and then at the end of Nov 24 they announce a JV production JV with an established Indian company. One month later they have an enlightening decision that the LSE is rubbish and not for them and have decided to leave. Come on, this company is about to start generating revenue and the powers that be want it all for themselves. Announcing a delisting trashes the SP so that they can pick up shares on the cheap. But the LSE is a great and convenient scapegoat.

Looks like placing shares being sold into the rise (nice round numbers), once these are cleared we should be up and away….

And also be serviced out of proceeds from well sales in South and West Texas - just gets better…. A great potential multibag recovery play IMO but DYOR

Gggg you were right back then, but I would have thought this has since been priced in, and in any case, it’s not the sole investment in Mindflair’s portfolio. Until we get any news on any realisations I expect the SP to settle around the 0.5 - 0.6p range even though that represents a massive discount to the portfolio NAV

We knew they’d have to deal with the loan notes and in the absence of portfolio realisations I think this is probably the best outcome in the circumstances. It’s not the worst placing and one-third of the debt has been repaid. 2025 should be a good year IMO but DYOR

He is doing that already, new wells should increase revenues 5 fold and this is now going cash flow positive and profitable at both gross profit and net profit levels. Worth catching up on the recent Stockbox interviews - this is due fora re-rate from here as the turnaround strategy is already kicking in. Also, unlikely to be more placings as future well developments to be undertaken with a partner. In his 6 months at the helm Paul Welsh has made a difference and Premier Miton have a significant shareholding. IMO we are probably at the bottom now, but DYOR and watch those Stockbox interviews

The other point to mention is that as shares are being issued at 0.24p to Awakn shareholders, it seems unlikely a placing at anything less than 0.24p is imminent and therefore this has a new base from which to grow. For me, it all hinges on whether they’ve paid a fair price, over the odds or Gita bargain. Even if it is a fair price, the coming together itself should be a SP increase stimulant. I think the market is currently mulling it over and hasn’t really concluded either way just yet. I think the SP drop this morning may be profit taking. All IMO and DYOR

The issue price of the Consideration Shares at 0.24p is fine as long as the valuation of Awakn itself is not overpriced. Dilution only a real issue for those whose average is materially above 0.24p. Should be a Proactive Investor interview shortly to explain / clarify, but as long as they company isn’t paying over the odds it is great news. Hopefully we’ve got ourselves a bargain

No, if you take no action you will still have 100,000 shares. There is an example in the demerger document that says what happens to someone who has 1,000,000 shares - read it!

Yes there is, this has a great potential turnaround story to come, not got a problem with the placing and its purpose, but once again the level of discount is once again bordering on the outrageous. AIM at its worst - it risks being the architect of its own demise

I don’t believe CC was being disingenuous, it’s the absence of expected finance that was the ultimate reason the plug was pulled. Otherwise they probably could have stuck it out until Q1 2025 and longer if the V price in the meantime was showing a recovery. In hindsight I should have read the tea leaves and got out after the IMC presentation. Woulda, coulda, shoulda

Basically if the company was broken up and sold off then the value of its assets minus debt is £10m. As the company is a producer ( and production is on an increasing trajectory) the asset value will be supported and should increase. The current £1m MCap shows how undervalued this company is on the basis it is now being run properly. The 10 fold difference between MCap and NAV is down to one thing - confidence. Hence why we should be optimistic that the company will close the gap ( the phase used in the excellent Stockbox interview). IMO and DYOR

It’s great that Roland is telling us this and keeping us updated, hopefully a good sign of things to come re improved communication. Also takes a bit of the sting out of the recent placing. Hopefully SP recovers from here and once placing shares are available to buy.

Given that the company isn’t making a profit on vanadium sales due to current price, a production slowdown for a temporary period isn’t necessarily a bad thing and controlling cash / working capital is key to ensure the company can keep going. The future of this company hinges on (1) a future increase in the price of vanadium and (2) the company still being operational when that increase comes. This is a glory or bust share, the downside is lo 100% of your money versus potential multi bag upside - this RNS doesn’t change that but does offer reassurance that CC and his fellow directors are focused on dealing with that which is within their control. unfortunately the price of vanadium is not.

If the short sellers don’t buy back before the demerger, what do they have to buy back to close their short position - is it RemainCo shares (which presumably will be the current THG listed company), Ingenuity shares or a combination thereof? I think it will be RemainCo shares but happy to be corrected.

A simple investor, I think the issuer re auditor delays is more straightforward- too many of then post pandemic have become lazy b’stds and work from home.

Bit light on cash , expect there’ll be a fundraise before too long, but once that’s out of the way, hopefully it takes off from there. I don’t expect this to be cash flow positive just yet, but happy to be corrected if I’m wrong.

0.9p share price target from Panmore, a potential 10 bagger from where we are. That gives cause for a lot of patience
