It would be amazing to see at least one company on AIM run fairly and by one of its shareholders. (BEFORE anyone pipes up and says the last CEO was a shareholder and other board members are - THE DIFFERENCE is they became shareholders after accepting a role within the company. WHEREAS one of us would have been a shareholder pre-role)

THE ROLE of most CEOs is to guide the company and they often rely on ADVICE give by the experts. For example those drilling the core samples will know; 1) where to locate the plant and 2) where to start the mining process.

I only have 6m towards any board request (((NOT much but its a start ! !

Just got the answer it's 10% of the issued share capital required to DEMAND an EGM

So Vauch, if you still have your holding we'd be circa 1/5 to 1/6 of the way there

Anyone hold a percentage or more?

Do you know how much stock/ investors are required to request an EGM? (personally not sure how it works, but sure the owners can do this - I am guessing that it could be as low as 5% for some reason this sticks out in my mind)

When you look at corporate finance any company will know - - - - - WELL - - - - - in advance what their requirements will be for the coming projects/ annual running costs

(I have isolated the word WELL to emphasize how far they forward forecast finance issues)

& every company can pull an EGM out of thin air AT ANY GIVEN TIME to suit themselves.

BUT BUT BUT this is not how they play the game BECAUSE it can make them feel in superior if they have to keep asking shareholders for PERMISSION to do what they have done TODAY

So they add it the the list of annual approvals at the AGM and then they can do as they so wish to do - without any further permissions required

THIS type of PERMISSION can be taken away from them at ANY AGM! remember that "YOU" shareholders [[[the company's OWNERS]]]

Do we not pay them a salary?

& too think back in 2021 we were just under 600,000,000 shares in issue

NICE to see the BoD get an insider foot in to grab some shares - WHILST the majority of the companies owners get sweet FA!

I'm sure they've been collectively working towards those goals even when John was with us, mentioned in the write up from Crownos.

IMHO, not much will happen in the form of company announcements until after the funeral.

This company has the ability to create something unique. I just hope Lorna can now show off her business skills and get us to market without diluting the company to much further.

When this company came to the stock market it had circa; 497 million shares in issue [[round up to nearest million]]

Now we have in circulation, circa; 3.7 billion shares.

I am aware that to get funding cash we need to issue stock etc.. Last thing I want to see is 10 - 12 billion shares in issue.

Just do us proud Laura, that's all I ask.

IMHO we could close at yesterday close of maybe as high as 1.85 - should that be the case it will indicate the return of confidence. Although small in comparison the SP will build and dip as day traders start poking their nose in again.

There is quite some time between now and Q3 as quoted in the RNS so the SP has a chance to bob up and down.
