Vauch when I first came to this company you had quite a following of investors who appreciated your views - It does sadden me to see how you feel now.

You know in my humble opinion this company is currently only valued just over £1 million and if it's going to go to the dogs I rather we did it by taking control of the company ourselves. It is not an impossible thing to do.

I've had a thought that could set this company into production sooner rather than later. I'm not going to write the thought down here were anyone can read it as I don't know who reads this forum and I don'y want the wrong person reading it just in case my idea is valid and doable.

You win, Vauch. I did ask if the office was permanent or one of those space like "we work". The office in Mayfair is permanent according to reception. Surely we should be cost saving as best we can.

HM, I think you will find the hatred by shareholders is due to the fact they don't get a sniff when there's a raise. Whilst management seem to have a lucky dip - when at the end of the day their holding is equal to ours in the sense that they too are shareholders and should be subject to being locked out of purchasing shares in a raise as we are.

After all they do get PAID a salary. It's not like they work for free!

So whilst your/ our holding is diluted theirs isn't really if they stock up.

It can be stopped by the shareholders at EVERY AGM - as they need shareholders approval to have free will with the company as they do!

Duster fluster, I have been a shareholder here for many years! Having endured all the "BS" that john pumped to the shareholders and the endless raises to bring fantastic oil to the company. HAS anyone noted this fantastic quantities of OIL because I haven't ! !

The helium project good very well be another one of Johns pipedreams especially if you go on his track record with MSMN.

If you're looking for a GREAT helium potential try "HE1" (helium one global) - they are slowly but surely now STACKING up the PROOF that they have something that could very well be WORLD CLASS

Because as they spend the funds raised they have nothing to literally show for it apart from a cash hungry company drilling core samples for them and as those fund depreciate so will the SP, until the day they have pure proof of the asset base and size of that asset.

The SP is heading quite quickly to sub 1p (one English penny) and "in my most humble of opinions" will settle around 3/4 of a penny {may sink a little lower than that}
