I have had shares now in a few AIM companies and like most here in AIM stocks angry when things go unaddressed and ridiculous dilution with no consideration on the existing shareholders and there soon to be watered down holding.
For once I believe here we have an opportunity to set an unprecedented example of how things should be run [professionally and fairly]
I am going to make enquiries tomorrow of what we need to provide ((as a starting POINT)) to push for this 10% EGM request and for it to be held in London ((accessible for mainland shareholders))
I also wouldn't mind holding a temporary ((maybe semi-permanent position in the company)) & I would propose to do this SALARY FREE on the basis of a payment award once the company is in a better financial position to make any such suggestion of payment.
THERE is so much that we don't know which needs clarification at least on a shareholder level ((not breaking any codes of conduct via the LSE rules and regulations of insider information))
WE need to know what the HOLD-UP is which precedes the passing of our John, may he rest in peace. Now we need to get things moving and applying diligence to do so.
