Speculation as there may be more buying because of the synergies involved in the Media business. Over 400 contractors have been placed with one News Groups last year in London. Subscription based publishing and news is going digital and it is an exciting place to be right now where much new development is taking place. There is also the possibility of applying the business model in the US of A too. So as you can imagine much potential if the business model can be made to work and there is no reason why it should not be. However, purely speculative but heading in right direction with vast potential for upside imho.

The Japanese Media giant Nikkei has recently purchased Financial Times and is a media giant. I had a thought recently that Dods is indeed a rare find in a niche market with little competition at the moment. Buying Dods would put another feather in its cap bringing together Business and Politics coupled with intelligent news. The synergies are endless. Moreover, Dods has the appeal of expanding operations in Europe and thus effectively multiplying revenue streams to multiple countries instead of just the UK. So lots of opportunities and more work in the pipeline. Definite buy and looking to add more to holdings.
