Then ask yourself why did Tullow forego this "life changing" opportunity?

For anyone investing based upon the small possibility of a farm-in agreement, ask yourself the following:

1. What is the BOD (Larkin) track record? - Failure to dispose of Maria and withdrawal from Egypt. Why did COO and CFO leave the company? Larkin is a blather.

2. If the Jamaica asset is so wonderful why did Tullow, a company with funds that could have explored if give it up for free? The requirements to retain the license were very modest as they are for UOG now.

Don't be left holding the baby when this pump & dump ends.

if you look at the X-axis the scale seems to stop around September 6. I don't think it has updated since then.

Sold out on Friday / Monday, limited immediate upside compared to a significant immediate downside if the deal failed. Ideal for me would have been the possibility of buying back in.

Was also involved in a previous GTE BID when they acquired Amerisur some years ago, also at a low valuation. Not interested in GTE shares so will seek income elsewhere.

Stas, look at today's GTE trades on LSE, all 4 of them! The trade price is shown around 460 which I believe is pence, whereas the bid / ask is shown as 580 / 585, which I believe is in dollar cents. Somewhat confusing isn't.

Stas, looked on HL and LSE, the price they show is $5.80 not GBP.

Well they did call back. Told me they had gotten my name and phone number from the shareholders register. They wanted to know if I had any questions regarding the deal and was I voting. Told them I had already voted, didn't like the value in the offer and even less now with the calamitous decline in the GTE share price and the very poor liquidity of GTE shares on London SE. A higher cash only offer would likely satisfy me and the majority of PIs. Said she would feed this back but wouldn't reveal who she was working for. The name of her company was something like Solida and Company but wasn't sure I picked it up properly.

Hudat1, Yes I have had that number call my landline a few times this past couple of days. As a rule I don't answer calls on the landline as they are almost always spam/scams/"marketing"/surveys, none of which I need. If that number pops up again I will answer it find out what they want.

And there you are GG, admitting yourself that you are a deeply flawed individual. The vast, vast majority of investors do not get a kick from seeing other investors lose money or spend inordinate amounts of time on a share BB (that they do not own) insulting other investors.
