All labels are a BEST GUESS, not a fact and the cause of many an unresearched pi crying , we have 4 6 8 10 times the buys to sells and not moved, as in reality, the trading is even, just dimbo Algo having a really bad day at the guesswork office.😉

Badly labelled trades on all shares daily, if you see a buy sell unknown it is ZERO to do with the mm/market, they label NOTHING, just print trades. 3rd party sites like this one rehash the real lse trades , trying to be helpful and failing miserably daily on most, likewise making stats and ratios, on sites like this one, as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

3rd party sites all use a similar MID based Algorithm, all abouve BUY (Never the case) all below SELL (Ditto) and all exactly on its mid , delayed trades (not hocus pocus or black trade nonsense) or anything it now sees outside of its range, CHOKES = UNKNOWN.

As simple and basic at that, zip to do with the worlds markets, who print TRADES, they see as both a buy and sell so label nothing. 😉

Not unusual for the market not to react, until it arrives in an rns, good e.g. was one of my shares, in a jv with an oz company and another uk listed, at 2am our time, the jv primary gave out its own RNA, the two UK companies did not blow until 3pm when both co-ordinated RNA copy and paste release over the rns news wire. Bloody Nomads took their sweet time, once the RNA released we got the reaction we expected 7 hours earlier on open. 😲🙄

only thing you wait for in the afternoon is us pi's, they are even more limited than we are, with hours of 0930-1600 est, two hours less than we get, their big boys market 04:30-20:00, with pre order, pre open and post close sessions. they can also access london if they choose, much earlier than their pi's.

our own background players also have much wider hours, 0700-0710 the first pme , usually not seen outside of market run/crash periods as is 1200-1210, those in eua would have noted when it went ballistic for near 3 weeks , after hours 50-60+ trades all at prices , only available pre lunch, they can play and complete if in a position to do so until, like on eua, completion time stamps all the way to 20:30 8.30pm

some well heeled pi's also have accounts, that can access the market pre open, many a twitter blow hard, would announce their trade and up it would pop 0720 0740 etc, just to **** people off, getting a much better price than we would on open.😲🙄

You just never know when the concrete boots will drop off, frequent flyers , traders , skimmers scalper diving in and out all day long, have seen 2-1 churns, have also seen 15-1 (copl 2022/23), those who have not researched the market itself, always shout out must be gone five minutes after its equalled the placing volume, it always takes , as long as it takes. 🤔

Last major change on Boil moving from 4 billion in issue to 10 billion, took over 6-1 churn.

TIMOR GAP Drilling & Services, Unipessoal, Lda, also known as TGDS, is a wholly owned subsidiary of TIMOR GAP, established in 2017. The establishment of TGDS is important as a response to the complexity, challenges and necessities for supplying services in the upstream business. The principal objective of TGDS is to create, identify and optimize the value of commercial economy through business opportunity by providing services for drilling activities especially in exploration, development, production, abandonment and other upstream services.

Since its establishment, TGDS has participated in projects such as Bayu-Undan Infill Well (BUIW), ENI Drilling Campaign and Onshore Block A & Block C Drilling Campaign. In 2020, TGDS participated in Santos’ BUIW Phase 3c (P3c). For this particular project, TGDS together with COSL intended to provide Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit Services. TGDS also intended to provide two other services, namely, Casing & Tubular running & Cold cutting Specialist services and Rig Engineering & Modification services together with its partner, Petro-Vietnam Drilling (PVD).

Not that I recall Howey, just the usual garbage of shares to hit the market on 29th, when with the tumble already in progress forward selling in play, before the placing announcement made, now need news flow to blow the rest away and recover some lost ground.

When they moved from 4 billion to 10 billion it took some time to shift, that one like many was far more blatant, often 7-10 days before announcement a blitzkrieg , that one 2 billion share session, always make their vig, from high on down , never dumping all at the lows for 10% or less, then quite happy to at times go under the placing price, for a final special wonga pump and dumper clearance sale....... 😲🙄
