RE: Nice summary article part 122 Feb 2024 18:57
Who knows Shouton but we have never had a real offshore player in the mix, which = no drill.
TG, now taken 15% more and gone from complete free carry to contributing to the license costs, now have an to be expanded MOU with PV Drilling, we plan to drill with a Jack up rig, PVD have 4 of them, so why increase stake and contributions now.
Stating the obvious, would be they need it to happen, a lot sooner than Sunrise ever will, even if all parties agree, as they have said , they will this time, decide on something.
TG PVD partnership and JV SG, a million miles ahead of the past 4 years, waiting for some one big, to jump in and do the real business end OFFSHORE.
Until now, Boil an investor in assets, not a production company, SG zero money absorbed by Boil in 3 stages, with TG from a handful of employees to it and ANP (Both of which our SG developed and trained into existence long before boil came on the scene 2016 v 2020) now having a compliment of Hundreds !
Now it would appear, if all else fails, TG have positioned themselves, to take on the Drilling services and beyond, for me that makes it, gone from not a cat in hell's chance until an Industry leader jumps onboard, to TG/PVD and SG, could very much go it alone in Q4.
Having established a relationship, TG could tempt PVD to drill its own block and Chuditch, for a mates rates multi drill operation and a %, reducing their and our drill costs from that expected up to $32mπ²
