The Council of Ministers approved the draft Decree-Law for the first amendment to Decree-Law no. 13/2016, of May 18, which Regulates the Infrastructure Fund , presented by the Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment, Gastão Francisco de Sousa.

Given the continued intention to increasingly comply with the rules of good governance, transparency and accountability in acts that achieve the Fund's objectives, this Decree-Law intends to establish additional measures to improve the administrative efficiency of the Secretariat of Major Projects, as a technical and administrative support body for the Board of Directors, and, before completing a decade of operation of the Fund as an autonomous fund, following the review carried out in 2016, carry out a specific review of the diploma that carries out the respective regulation, seeking to align it with the objectives set out in the Program of the IX Constitutional Government. It is also noteworthy that the diploma clarifies that projects relating to the buildings of Timor-Leste's embassies and consular services abroad are also eligible for financing from the Infrastructure Fund.

Still hoping our path is not linked to Sunrise HUB and sorted long before that data revealed and TL/OZ finally get their 💩 together, last tenders 2030/31 production Sunrise HUB/Beaco.

Our style of development , fits like a glove with their Domestic gas/lng Imports and power stations plan, Metinaro P.I.T

PM Rauk , asap but hopes to be all converted and completed 2025/26 (parliament statement) TL hit very hard 2020/21 by covid and tropical storms, the current diesel fuelled (to be gas converted) plants compounded their problems due to outages and lack of regular diesel supply.

Rauk said it would never happen again, announcing Metinaro split from Beaco (old tasi mane plan) and a much sooner timeline 2025/26 Gas/LNG Import facilities and for emergency cover 90-120 day tank farm.

Timelines for P.I.T and Chuditch , imo have always fit like a glove , plus, would not mean Gusmao had to back track, as in supplying their Domestic security , the Gas would still come to the Island.

Still expecting that GREEN LIGHT, first ever TL YES you can , to another option, to be Chuditch and soon, they showcased Chuditch for the bid round , not G.S., could do worse than , Showcase again with a sweetener , offtake agreement.

Should not run over JC, they have done them for TL Beaco in the past and the likewise now overdue FID on Metinaro pretty sure it was Wood Group for the 2021 3 field TL study Beaco/sun/chud/kelp and likewise ,it was Wood Group who recommended splitting the Tasi Project, taking all the IMPORT side from Beaco and moving it up North to Metinaro near the capital Dili and two of the 3 being converted to Gas/Lng power stations, the 3rd at Betano, near the Betano oil refinery.

They should have oodles of data already and just need to tweak it a bit , megs modular design stuff etc, the original years ago beaco , was about 18 months , the last TL instigated 9th Sept 2021 using all 3 known fields together, was barely 6 months, no completed statement made, if I recall, it was our own Filthylucre, got something on their facebook, which made ref to , our data confirms the financial viability of our plans etc, shortly after , they had the JV meeting that set the new regular meeting going, playing the double standard, as majority player the rest should do as we say.

When for years told all NO your not, when holding zero % of licenses, just 100% territorial say so and likewise zero and 50/50 territorial on G.S and crazy high rates of tax and license fees.

PM Rauk during his tenure , did all he could to promote and get his craved , return of the Majors, by much reducing tax rates and fees, to bolster the bid round, which did not work only 9 bids on 18 licenses over 2 1/2 years. Sector still on the fence about their intentions and history. Hence our supressed zero valued gas all this time.

All that has or is melting away now, China BRI/GDI money coming, facilities to monetise coming, Chuditch drill coming and others who have sat idle and done nothing in years in those waters, now gearing up for new exploration and drilling of their own.............the past has gone.........the TL Maritime Boundary area is back OPEN for BUSINESS.🤔👍

The wider part of Mr Market will catch on soon, Chuditch remains valued, the price of a Sherbet Dip per barrel eq. 😉😂

With his strong ties and regional contacts (all the elite) would not rule that out, he is involved in some Indonesian waters license/s, Sundagas did early doors also pick up another license from TOTAL(since dropped no funds), so little doubt the SG team can bring other plays into the new Asia Gas company, if they choose to go in that direction.

Yes have seen quite a few of Colin's , the first two Oil and Gas conferences , co hosted by Sundagas , he did multiple slots on Chuditch and the Timor Sea wider area, seismic etc, they were very , very good. Forget his name one of the original 3 S/G directors, retired a couple or three years ago, he was also top notch.

Right people , right place for the future , sadly got stuck with Boil and Yeo ho ho, who snail paced all and he and his cfo should be castrated , for incredibly poor , bucket shop on speed dial finance over the years.

Sell rated the Chuditch full license as bigger than Sunrise , it started off as Shell , Conoco Phillips and Woodside, that is the scale of Chuditch long term, do not rule out , that level of JV returning , now the area is back in play, huge licenses , very little exploration but still waiting on the sidelines

Much, much more expected to be found in the unexplored TL Timor Sea waters, the Indonesian and Australian Timor Sea waters have been PROLIFIC since the 1970's

Area opening back up , the 3 above alone could be 30 tcf as a starter, around 200-225 billion, make no mistake, if those long awaited routes to market ACCEPTABLE to TL are now in play/to be built, it will be like the Yukon Gold rush, as the big boys will want some of that HUMONGOUS pie........including our leading the charge CHUDITCH. 🤔
